He stated: For example, last week, an invitation was sent from the cultural deputy to participate in the “New Breaths of the City” movement. It was a good idea to breathe new life into the city, planting a tree for each baby; However, this issue coincided with some redundancies in the municipality, as pregnant women or those whose spouses were pregnant or those with children under the age of one were observed among the adjusted persons.

He added: “In addition to causing problems for people in terms of income, health insurance also causes problems for them.”

Soleimani said: “If we are going to create a culture of general and main policies, the way we act should not be unintentionally contrary to the general policies of the system.”

Emphasizing that recruitment and adjustment is a tool of management, Soleimani said: “This management method should not be contrary to the main policies, and therefore we recommend that under no circumstances be adjusted to workers and employees who themselves or their spouses are pregnant or have the following child.” They have not acted for a year unless ordered by the judiciary, and if it needs to be adjusted, they should be notified six months in advance so that they do not face a sudden shock.
