Transformation in the country’s education system is an inevitable necessity, and the transformation of transformationalists is a higher necessity. If this mutual understanding and this deep belief is not formed, any kind of effort and sympathy of individuals and transformational groups will add to the distances. This fundamental weakness is seen in pre-low level evolutionary mutual understanding among first tier managers. For this reason, there is a big gap between managers in expressing transformational demands. One of the reasons for the shortage of manpower has been difficulties. They introduce a change in providing capable manpower or in empowering teachers and principals.
Those who have repeatedly heard about curricula and textbooks and have come to terms with its difficulties consider the solution to change in curriculum evolution. The same is true of each of the other sections. Conceptually, there is a similar situation. For some top managers, it is not yet clear what place training areas have in the set of transformational measures. Where and how should the areas be addressed or is there still a serious ambiguity among the main stakeholders as to “how should the transformation document be implemented?” Are we allowed to talk about the implementation of the document at all? Should we implement it at all or should we put the booklet of the document of fundamental change in front of us and watch it? It seems that they think that the more we look at the physics of the document, the more expert we become in executing the document.
Likewise, a common understanding has not yet been created in a precise understanding of the basic concepts contained in the evolutionary documents. What “nature” means and what place it has among the concepts of evolution; There is no common understanding. Therefore, these examples can be expressed in several ways. Why this communication has not been formed despite the years and efforts in the field of change and the lack of what has damaged the essence of the issue? The problem with implementing a transformation document is that everyone thinks they are implementing the document. Everything they have done has happened to execute the document. If so, why do not we see the fruits? Why aren’t the results seen in life? These misconceptions caused us to miss many opportunities and to make many threats to the implementation of the document. Why should it still be considered that if we implement transformation packages it means the implementation of the document? Or some may think that if we implement the subsystems we will move in the direction of the document. Undoubtedly, all those measures have effects, but none of them is the actual implementation of the document. To have? Logically, in the path of evolution, what relation should we establish with the base? What relationship should the building have with the foundations? Of course, anyone who does not properly understand this ratio must also accept his requirements, must be committed to its accessories, must prepare himself for a transformational transformation. Many do not have the patience to do this. Negligence and negligence have unfortunately created a fundamental disorder. It has caused us to lose ten years in our education system and to prepare and submit a beautiful report at the end of each year and to praise our work; This is exactly our problem with executing the document. “Not seeing right and not doing right”; What to do now? I can honestly say that we want to free the document of change from oppression; We must look at the document of oppression.
