The United States is among the contending countries in these issues, but it sees that in its own country, it has had droughts and drying up of lakes and wetlands for many years.

He added: If the issue of Harp and rainfall control were true, these countries would definitely use it for their own environmental issues and droughts. Many of these countries claim that they can produce rain through ionization under normal conditions. This is despite the fact that in many of these countries, including various parts of Europe, forest fires occur regularly, and the last thing they do to control the fire is spraying water, and it is not seen that they use the systems they claim.

The deputy of marine environment and wetlands of the Environmental Protection Organization emphasized: Therefore, in my opinion, Iran is located in the dry and semi-arid region of the world, and if you look at the long-term average of rainfall, you will see that we are among the countries that have little rainfall, even compared to our neighboring countries.
