But what happened in the field of cars was that the car reached the people at a higher price than the factory price. While the basis of offering any product, including cars, in the stock market is to lower the price.
He continued: The automobile industry in Iran is a monopoly, and the Competition Council is responsible for discovering the price of the exclusive product, and it is not supposed to discover the price of a product whose presence in the stock market will result in this price difference. Emphasizing that no part of the law states that the car will be offered on the stock market, Arkani said: “With the pressure of the Ministry of Security and with the decision of the Council of Heads of the Three Powers, there was a consensus on the sale of the car on the stock market.” However, now we have no justification for the full price of cars in the stock market, because the expiration of pricing for stock cars, which was done by the competition council, was one year.
The people’s representative in the Islamic Council reminded: without the existence of a legal document, the car is offered in the stock market, and the rent that existed in the cycle of demand and consumer and went to the pocket of some consumers, goes to the pocket of the seller. This is due to the annual difference of 500,000 cars in supply and demand.
Low supply of cars in the stock market increases its price

Should this money go to the pocket of the automobile industry that sells a car worth 180 million tomans for 400 million? The total price of Tara for the car manufacturer is 250 million tomans and it is sold in the stock market for 450 million tomans.

The law on car import was approved in the parliament, which the Ministry of Silence was against. The annual shortage of 500,000 cars must be compensated by imports. When domestic supply and demand are not equal, we have to compensate with imports. But there are so many restrictions on cars that the number of imported goods has reached 20,000.
So far, less than 100 cars have entered the customs
Pointing out that if the import of cars in the stock market is accompanied by a low supply, the situation in the market will worsen, Dadfar said: In this situation, a car worth 400 million tomans will sell for one and a half billion. Why should we fall into the pit of governments? This story will not be resolved until we accept that supply and demand are equal. When they can’t produce and they have messed up the country for four years so that they don’t fall under the burden of imports, the situation will not get any better. It has been 20 days that the Ministry of Privacy has been in the movement to organize the import of cars, and the worst thing is that this action is not in the hands of a government agency.
The secretary of the Car Importers Association noted: Customs has a separate system. Import order registration will not be done. The car must come to customs and confirm its health standard. Until this is known, the task of the market will not be determined.
He added: So far, less than 100 devices have reached the country’s customs in these 20 days, and 44,000 orders have been registered. We are not sure about the continuation of this event. Of course, the Ministry of Security cannot import 44,000 cars in the next two months.
Arkani pointed out that the sale of cars on the stock exchange was not approved in the parliament and said: We must determine a mechanism to sell cars on the stock exchange. Our car industry is exclusive and we have a deficit of 500,000 cars every year. The importers announced that they will import cars of higher quality and at a price equal to or higher than the country’s total demand every year. Why do some officials intentionally hurt people? The import of 44,000 cars will take at least one year.
Giving the difference to the car manufacturer creates rent
Qadri also noted: the car is an exclusive product that we do not allow to import as much as needed. The Competition and Market Regulation Council should consider whether a car is a consumer or capital item. They declare a number as the required number of cars if this number is used. When it takes a capital aspect, its number increases.
A member of the Program and Budget Commission said: “It is logical that the car will be offered in the stock market and the price difference will be taken by the government and it will be used in the knowledge of parts making, design and production of the car in order to be in a better competitive condition.” What is the reason to expect that the car will be registered and some people have a chance to win?
He continued: It is wrong for us to give the difference to the car manufacturer or the buyer and it creates rent for the car manufacturer. Of course, policy-making in the parliament should be such that the resources from these differences go towards supporting knowledge-based institutions and not spend on current government expenses.
Arkani also noted: policy making should be correct. The best law is perverted by a foolish executor. Now, why should people buy a car that costs 200 million tomans for 400 million tomans? Why should people pay for the management fees?
