According to the Mehr correspondent, Hojjatullah Abdolmaleki stated today in the meeting of the Home Business Organization and Support Headquarters: “Today, with the cooperation of all agencies, we will have a resolution in the home business section, which will be announced soon.”
The Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare added: “According to this, home business activities are divided into 3 categories, and within 10 days, the number of jobs in these 3 categories must be determined.”
He continued: the first category is prohibited activities; This means that activities are not allowed at all, which in some countries are called negative lists.
Abdul Maleki added: The second category is activities that are allowed to operate, but must obtain approval from the relevant body, such as the Ministry of Jihad, Agriculture, Health, etc.
He said: “Our decision today is that within 3 working days, the license must be reviewed by the relevant body and the final opinion on approving or rejecting the license must be announced.”
The Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare stated: If the relevant body does not give a positive or negative opinion about the license during these three days, the system will automatically issue the license.
