From what happened to the people of Lot to the legalization of same-sex marriage in some Western, Asian, and African countries, it is clear that mankind is still in a state of modern ignorance and does not want to accept the harms of unnatural behavior. Homosexuality is forbidden in Islam and all divine religions, and in addition to severe worldly and otherworldly punishments, it has severe and irreparable consequences. Because homosexuality is a kind of sexual perversion and, like any perversion, has its own consequences, such as causing hatred of the opposite sex and interest in the opposite sex. Homosexuality, in addition to its health and psychological harm, is contrary to human nature, and this will lead to the closure of births and reproductions and the tendency of people to the opposite sex, and as a result, will lead to the closure of births and reproductions.

Hojjatoleslam Abdullah Baharloui regarding the view that the Qur’an has on the prohibition of homosexuality stated: In verse seven of Surah Al-Momenun, he says that if a person seeks a way other than marriage to satisfy his sexual instinct, it is one of the transgressors of the divine limits and is an aggressor. Satisfaction of sexual instinct should be only through heterosexual marriage and not any other kind. For example, regarding Lot’s people, Prophet Lot tried hard to get men to end their illegitimate relationship with each other, but failed, and then the divine punishment came down. In verses 80 to 82 of Surah A’raf, do you go to the male sex among the worlds and leave the wives that God has created for you? Then he says you are a people of aggression! You are a wasteful people. So this shows that the Qur’an does not accept same-sex marriage.
He added: “We also have several narrations in this regard.” In a noble hadith, Imam Reza (as) is quoted in the Shiite media as asking about the sanctity of same-sex marriage, and he said that this is contrary to the nature that God has set for men and women. That is not the nature that God has set for men and women. Because even all animals have the same nature, let alone humans. These are complementary to each other, and the universe is divided into two types of male and female in creation. If homosexuals were to be able to marry, being male and female would not make sense in creation. What he says is against nature, that is, it is against the nature of human beings, animals and plants. This is how the world was created. Therefore, the division into two types of males and females is one of the natural supplies of the creatures of the universe, and the devices and equipments that each of these two classes are equipped with are also different, meaning that men have a series of tools and characteristics in body and soul, and women Another series. Therefore, women have mental and physical developmental differences compared to men. For example, their bodies are created in such a way that they have a uterus and a baby is formed in them, and the system of dignity is like this, and they have breasts that are full of milk, that is, they have all the means of reproduction and men do not. These are complementary. They make up for each other’s shortcomings. Even the anatomy of the male and female genitals is somehow created. These are complementary and exist in nature.

He pointed out: “Another important issue is that there should be interaction in the issue of satisfying sexual needs.” Action and reaction must go hand in hand. The woman is passive in accepting sex. The man is in his current state. If they are both passive or both present, it is not compatible with their nature, and so if they are both same-sex or passive and can not have real sexual pleasure, or both are present and still can not.
This researcher of Islamic law, referring to the multiplication of offspring as one of the results of same-sex marriage, said: Imam Reza continues this hadith by saying that in case of same-sex marriage, the human race will also be cut off. Because God has made reproduction, reproduction and continuation of the generation in such a way that it takes place by marriage with the opposite sex. And a man and a woman must get married in order for a woman to have children. The same is true in animals. If someone says that we want to have same-sex marriage, it means that he wants to move against nature and against the tradition set by God, and it will cut off the human race.
Regarding the social corruption caused by homosexuality, he stated: In the continuation of this hadith, Imam Reza (as) says: The management of social life leads to corruption and destroys the world. Well, when homosexuality goes hand in hand in social life, conflicts at work increase at home. Because these shortcomings can not compensate for each other. They both want to work outside. Or both want to be at home. Or both want to preside. Or both, if they are women, they want to be submissive. That is, shortcomings are not compensated for. Therefore, the world is destroyed.
Baharloui added: Imam Reza (as) says in another narration: The sanctity of sodomy is more than the sanctity of adultery. For God destroyed a nation because of sodomy, but He did not destroy a nation because of adultery. We have a mass punishment for sodomy, and that is the people of Lot, who were punished for the sin of sodomy and perished en masse. But throughout history, among the punishments that have been a divine tradition, we do not have a group punishment for adultery. Individual torment may be as it is narrated in the narration: But these are not collective; Is individual. But according to this narration, Imam Reza (as) has a collective torment for sodomy, so sodomy is more severe than adultery, because in the end, adultery is not against nature. In any case, they were men and women. This is not the case, or in another narration, Imam Sadegh (AS) has said that sodomy causes abortion and is contrary to natural intercourse and causes a lot of social and moral corruption.
This expert pointed out: About Plato the Wise, some people say that he was one of the prophets or one of the disciples of the prophets. In his book Laws on the Restrictions of Sexual Behavior and the Refusal of Same-Sex Marriage, Plato states that the people of our city have no right to be worse than birds and other animals. Then he says that if they are gay, they do not have the ability to reproduce, so they should avoid it, and males and females should live together with perfection and loyalty. This means that if one marries the same sex, even humans are inferior to other chickens and animals because they have no same-sex marriage.
In the end, he said: marriage with the opposite sex is also effective in the development of men and women because man goes out of individuality and his personality develops. It matures and causes its growth and perfection, and the two sexes are perfected together, while one of the results is also marriage to achieve relief. The Qur’an says: “We have appointed for you a mate from your offspring, so that you may be at peace with him, because he considers residence and peace in marriage to be heterosexual, not heterosexual.” And another issue is reproduction, which is one of the most important results of marriage, which was also mentioned in the narrations. Therefore, same-sex marriage is basically not in accordance with nature. The philosophy of human creation is not in that direction and there is no generational reproduction in same-sex marriage. Let them be exposed to sexually transmitted and viral diseases as well as sexual harassment, especially if they are both male. Because the duct is not a duct that is naturally placed for this job.
