The number of monthly housing transactions in six areas south of Tehran was less than 200 and in two areas was less than 100. The total number of apartment purchase and sale contracts in regions 9, 12, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, which are all located in the southern half of Tehran, does not reach the number of transactions in region 5. In November of this year, 1011 housing purchase and sale contracts were concluded in Region 5; While the total number of transactions in the seven regions was 943.

The distribution of transactions in terms of price per square meter also shows that in November, 1400 units with a price of 15 to 35 million Tomans per square meter accounted for 56.2% of the total sales contracts. In terms of area, 40- to 80-meter apartments accounted for 55.7 percent of transactions. In the meantime, the first rank in terms of area was given to units of 50 to 60 square meters with 16.1% of total transactions. Regarding the value of each residential unit, houses with a price of 500 million to 2.5 billion tomans included 60.5% of the transactions.

If we multiply the average price of each meter of house in Tehran, ie 32 million Tomans, in the first place in terms of area, ie 50 to 60 square meters, the price range of housing transactions in Tehran is 1.6 to 1.9 billion Tomans.
