The distribution of transactions in terms of price per square meter also shows that in November, 1400 units with a price of 15 to 35 million Tomans per square meter accounted for 56.2% of the total sales contracts. In terms of area, 40- to 80-meter apartments accounted for 55.7 percent of transactions. In the meantime, the first rank in terms of area was given to units of 50 to 60 square meters with 16.1% of total transactions. Regarding the value of each residential unit, houses with a price of 500 million to 2.5 billion tomans included 60.5% of the transactions.
