The amount of imported goods in 1400 compared to 1999 increased by 21% in weight And accounted for 36 percent in value, indicating the thirteenth government’s commitment to providing the people with basic goods.

The Deputy Minister of Economy emphasized: The country’s export record in 1400 was achieved while the toughest oppressive sanctions were imposed and implemented by the domination system against the Iranian nation this year, but thanks to God and the efforts of jihadists and economic activists, Manufacturers and cooperation of devices related to foreign trade recorded a historical record in 1400, which is unprecedented in recent decades, which shows the failure of the policy of maximum sanctions against the honorable and dear nation of Iran.

Regarding the first five partners in the sale of goods to Iran in 1400, the Director General of Customs said: The United Arab Emirates, China, Turkey, Germany and the Russian Federation were the five major parties to the transaction of imports of goods to the country in 1400.

Regarding the main export destinations of Iranian goods, Moghaddasi added: China, Iraq, Turkey, UAE and Afghanistan were the five main destinations for our country’s exports in 1400.

In the end, the Director General of Customs said in describing the growth of transit: Foreign goods passing through our country in 1400 with a growth of 68%, reached 12 million and 500 thousand tons, which after seven years the country was able to return to this amount of transit of goods.
