Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Sadeghi reminded: Another important point that should be considered in the amendment of the resolution is that it is related to tenants who are among the vulnerable classes.

He continued: Another aspect of this resolution is the amount of the rent ceiling increase, which is 25% in Tehran, 20% in big cities, and 15% in other cities.

Explaining the four exceptions of the aforementioned resolution, he said: There are more special conditions in the summer season, and most of the transfers take place under these conditions, and the dispute resolution councils are faced with a larger volume of cases. About 12,000 evacuation requests have reached the dispute resolution councils, and there have been 3,141 evacuation cases in general.

In another part of his statement, he mentioned: Not long ago, we managed to release 12 prisoners of the Prisons Organization in the Like Mah program with the support of the members of the National Staff of Sabr.

The head of the country’s dispute resolution development center stated: One of the tasks of dispute resolution councils is to enter into cases related to revenge, and the family has the right to revenge and can forgive. During the year, a lot of effort is made by the dispute resolution councils, and in cases where the murder was not planned in advance, both the dispute resolution councils and the national headquarters of Sabr intervene.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Sadeghi continued: “In the past few months, we have resolved many cases of murder, most of them in Fars province, and Fars province is one of the provinces that are trying to bring peace and compromise.” Last year, Fars province ranked first in this field.

He said: “Just today, you heard the news of obtaining consent in a murder case, and if it is done in the right way, there will be more success.”

Regarding the entry of the Dispute Resolution Council into the cases of many economic litigants, he said: In any case where one of the parties requests peace and compromise, it is possible for them to refer to the Dispute Resolution Council, and we have many legal cases worth billions of Tomans. It is the money that is involved in the case and requested by one of the parties, or it is referred to the dispute resolution councils according to the judgment of the judge, and in many cases it ends in peace and compromise.

He pointed out: Last year, the head of the judiciary issued a directive on August 28 of last year, based on which cases where there is a possibility of peace and reconciliation must be referred to the dispute resolution councils, and about 45% of these cases are also for peace and reconciliation. has ended

Regarding the development of the arbitration institution, Hojat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Sadeghi said: Regarding the arbitration and mediation institution, whose responsibility was recently transferred to the Dispute Resolution Development Center, our plan is to make these two institutions more active in practice. From a legal point of view, we have had the arbitration institution in the laws since ancient times, but the capacity of the arbitration institution has not been used as it should be.

He said: One of the defects in this field is the lack of provision for arbitration institutions, and we have provided for this issue in the new bill on dispute resolution councils, which is being reviewed by the Government Bills Commission, so that arbitration institutions can also be formed and licensed. take
