Judiciary »Allocating about one thousand billion rials to solve the problems of the judiciary in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province

According to the Public Relations Department of the Judiciary, Ayatollah Raisi in a televised interview at the end of the provincial trip to Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, referring to the water problem in the province, said: The amount of water has decreased for some reason and the people of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari and neighboring provinces They are in trouble.
He added: “It was our trip to hear the views and concerns of the people and farmers that helped us.”
The head of the judiciary reminded: I asked the Minister of Energy to convene a meeting of the Supreme Water Council as soon as possible and to take into account the views of the officials of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari and neighboring provinces and reach a fair decision.
Ayatollah Ra’isi stated: “None of the provincial officials and people said that water should be allocated to us, but they want justice in this area, and water consumption management is one of the key issues.”
Referring to his presence in the village of Sheikh Shaban, he said: “I considered it my duty to pay tribute to the martyrs and help their high spirits and to serve the great family of the martyrs.”
The head of the judiciary stated: “One of the problems that the people of this region had was the difference with natural resources, and they claimed that the verdict had not been issued and implemented.” It was emphasized that the Council for the Protection of the Rights of the Treasury must be formed as soon as possible with the presence of the relevant organizations and the issue must be put on the agenda, and we have considered three months to solve this problem.
Ayatollah Ra’isi, referring to the dispatch of fifteen expert teams to study the issues of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, said: “The system of issues defined in this province was put on the agenda and the issues were discussed in the meetings of this trip.”
Referring to the achievements of his 16th provincial trip, he added: “In the meeting of the Supreme Judicial Council, the studies of fifteen groups and the needs of the province were discussed.” We have allocated nearly one thousand billion rials from the resources of the judiciary and provincial resources for forensic problems, prisons, the Dispute Resolution Council and issues related to the judiciary. Of course, following the approvals is more important than the principle of the trip, and people should feel the result of the follow-up.
Referring to the performance of the media, the head of the judiciary said: The national media and the general media raise issues related to the judiciary and the follow-up we have. The media is an honest bridge between the people and the authorities, and we do not always expect our opinions to be expressed to the people.
“In some news outlets, the national media sometimes raises concerns such as the sale of raw materials as an issue, which we immediately tell the inspectorate to follow up on,” he said.
