The head of the Judiciary pointed out: Another goal was to disobey the judicial colleagues who serve in Zanjan province, the judiciary and subordinate organizations, and by sending seven delegations to the cities of this province yesterday and today, the functioning of the judicial system was investigated.

He clarified: groups in the capital of the province investigated parts of the judiciary and related organizations, prison, inspection, registration and other departments, the result of these discussions and hearing the words of the representative of the judges, the representative of the employees, the representative of the dispute resolution councils and the representative of the related organizations In the meeting where the problems of the province were summarized, I mentioned some points in that meeting.

Ayatollah Raisi admitted: The result of this investigation was discussed in the meeting of the High Council of the Judiciary before the Maghrib call to prayer with the participation of the high officials of the Judiciary in Zanjan province.

He pointed out: Based on this, nearly 300 billion Rials were approved to solve the problems of courts, prisons, forensic medicine, and some of the problems of dispute resolution councils, most of which came from the appropriations of the judiciary and a part from the provincial appropriations that the governor pursues. It should be done so that some of the problems we had in the cities of the province and the capital of the province can be solved immediately with these amounts.

The head of the Judiciary stated that the lack of human resources, both judges and employees, was reported in some units, which was decided to be followed up, and continued: We have religious people in Zanjan province, and one of the important assets of this province is its culture. But in the statistics of some crimes, we felt that a serious work should be done and this serious work is mainly cultural, and the cultural and promotional and cultural institutions should do a preventive work.

He continued: We must reduce the number of cases entering the judiciary, and reducing cases depends on a preventive action, and this preventive action is related to all institutions.

The head of the judiciary asked all cultural departments, teachers, radio and television, cultural and advertising organizations and universities to help the judiciary in reducing the number of cases and said: Their help is that we can reduce the number of cases with a wide cultural work. Reduce the case to the judiciary.

Ayatollah Raeesi stated: Another point was the issue of land grabbing in the province, some of the lands in this province are used for tourism, agriculture and industrial works, both the people of Zanjan province are hardworking and the officials are looking for this province to always prosper. .

The Head of the Judiciary stated: We believe that every development should be accompanied by its own regulations and laws, and any seizure of natural and agricultural lands and public wealth without legal permission should naturally be prevented.

He continued: It was reported that constructions are taking place in some areas of this province, that these constructions are against the law, and some are from individuals and some from institutions.

Ayatollah Raisi clarified: This was an issue that we said must be followed up and within a short period of time the issue of waste must be determined. I think this should be done quickly, because the time has been set.

The head of the Judiciary stated: Regarding the issue of land grabbing, a working group was formed with the presence of executive and judicial officials and the governor, justice officials, officials of relevant departments and organizations such as natural resources, environment and representatives from the relevant ministers, and it was emphasized that within one month this They should examine the issues related to the garden of the cities and the issue of land, and their report should be prepared on how this matter should be dealt with and followed up.

He added: these issues will be forgotten if there is no follow-up by experts and if we do not constantly look for the case with a specific schedule; These are the wealth of the people and the wealth of the nation that must be preserved.

Ayatollah Raeesi stated: Some of the justice departments’ cases are completely up-to-date, which were examined by the inspectors, which deserves praise from the judicial colleagues. However, it is necessary to work on the department of execution of sentences and some of the departments that Mr. Sadeghi Niarki, the head of the Justice Department of Zanjan province, set the time to improve the conditions within three to four months according to the inspections that have been carried out, and those departments that should be Be updated, be completely updated.

The Head of the Judiciary stated: I asked Mr. Sadeghi to give a report of the actions taken to the people and let the people know the time it takes to process the case and what the situation is like.

In another part of his speech, regarding the issue of prisons, he said: We agree that the prisons located in the centers of provinces and cities and it is possible for them to go outside the city should be moved outside the city. Among other things, this must be done in the case of Zanjan prison; First of all, a place will be opened for a number of urban works for citizens, and secondly, a place will be taken outside the city, which we announced to the prisons organization.

He continued: All the centers of provinces and cities should investigate wherever a prisoner is placed in the center of a city or province, this place should be handed over to the city officials and with that money, a place outside the city should be prepared so that both the prisoners are in welfare and in the center of the city. Do not have a problem with location.

Saying that Zanjan is a tourist city, Ayatollah Raisi said: this place must be moved and this was also discussed and, God willing, it will happen soon.

The Head of the Judiciary added: We hope that with the efforts of our dear people and managers and officials, the representative of the jurist in Zanjan province, the governor, the chief justice of the province and all managers and with the participation of all people, we will be able to witness the implementation of justice.

Ayatollah Raisi said: Justice must be observed in relation to organizational relations and no one should be allowed to evade the law, especially those who depend on power and wealth. Everyone should always obey the law, and the law is something that everyone likes, and this will be the closest way to justice.

He said: May Almighty God accept all the mournings with the blessing of Aba Abdullah al-Hussein (AS). It is enough for the good of these people that on two days in the month of Muharram, the eighth and the twelfth day in Zanjan province, perhaps no one stays at home and no one sees any sign except the sign of Aba Abdullah (a.s.) and everyone gathers under the banner of Imam Hussain (a.s.). do

Referring to the people’s adherence to the revolution, Ayatollah Raisi further stated: Today I told the officials in the administrative council that the highest honor for me and all of you is to have the servant of these people who are sincere and fond of Aba Abdullah (AS) and God May the Almighty grant us all the success to be able to do our duty.

Referring to the meeting with the clerics, elites and academics of Zanjan province, the head of the judiciary said: I heard both the words of the professors and the words of the student mobilization, they also had some points that we heard. The tribune was at the disposal of different groups for nearly two hours and I spoke part of it, but mostly I heard the content and hearing the words of these loved ones was very beautiful and meaningful for me.

He added: In the meeting of the administrative council, I heard the words of several economic entrepreneurs, and hearing the words of entrepreneurs and investors from their own words in the administrative council of the province had good and significant points. One of the points that both they and the workers had was the vegetable oil factory, and about forty to fifty workers came and complained about the privatizations that had taken place.

Ayatollah Raisi emphasized the need to examine privatizations and stated: The concern of all these people is the type of privatization that has been carried out, and there must be a review of these privatizations. Because all these privatizations were to have a boom in production, but in some of the factories that were privatized in the area, we encountered stagnation or production stoppage.

The Head of the Judiciary continued: It was agreed that this issue will be followed both in the province by the governor and the judicial officials and in the center by us, so that the Almighty God will arrange some effects on this trip that will lead to the untying of the knots in relation to the work and this issue. It will not be removed from our agenda.

He pointed out: In the upcoming meeting of the high officials of the judiciary in Tehran, our issue will be Zanjan, and the issue of Zanjan will not be removed from the agenda, and the resolutions and issues that were raised will be followed up, God willing. They will speak and share the results of this trip with our dear people.
