According to the public relations of the Prisons Organization and the country’s security and educational measures, the director general of Alborz prisons announced the release of 145 prisoners in the province.
Jamyari said: “With the efforts of the Diyeh headquarters, the Association for the Protection of Prisoners and Donors, 28 prisoners of involuntary crimes and financial debts of this province were released, and with the coordination of the provincial judiciary, 117 prisoners were released from prison.”
He added: “Also, with the help of benefactors, the amount of ten billion Rials in financial aid was donated to the families of prisoners with student children to provide clothing and stationery.”
The director general of Alborz prisons said: in order to fulfill the document of transformation of the judiciary and implement the priorities announced by the esteemed head of the country’s prisons organization, in a short period of time in the province, with field and night visits to prisons and face-to-face visits We were informed about the problems, obstacles and needs of the prisoners, and after inviting the Chief Justice and 30 deputies and judicial directors of the province, as well as prison officials, to an interactive meeting hosted by the Karaj Penitentiary, we presented a report on the situation. Ismail Jamyari added: “In this meeting, the Justice Department of the province announced more than 20 practical resolutions on prisons and prisoners and ordered the formation of a special working group consisting of the director general of the province’s prisons, deputies, the provincial prosecutor and the head of courts.” Immediate treatment of prisoners.

Jamyari stated that the release of 145 prisoners and the opening of the first electronic judicial services office in Karaj prison to facilitate and expedite the handling of prisoners’ affairs were other blessings of this meeting.
