Accordingly, the head of the Judiciary stressed to the judicial officials in different sections of the headquarters and the ranks to pay special tribute to the families of the martyrs, veterans and martyrs, so that a part of our religion is paid to the martyrs.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, referring to the days of martyrdom of Nawab Safavid, considered this martyr as one of the leaders in the fight against Taghut and said: Martyr Nawab Safavid was among those who started the political struggle against the Taghut regime in the true sense of the word. He stepped forward and with his enlightenment exposed the faces of the pagans and tyrants in that horrible and suffocating atmosphere and opened a historical path for the seekers of the path of truth.

The head of the judiciary praised the staff of the judiciary who continue to serve the people in a more favorable way than before. The head of the judiciary, referring to the important issue raised during his field visit to the Government Employees’ Court and the subsequent orders, stressed the need to expedite the organization of judicial statistics, and therefore instructed the First Deputy of the Judiciary. By continuing meetings with the “strategic” and “human resources” deputies of the judiciary and the “head of the Statistics and Information Technology Center” of the judiciary, to expedite the review of the statistics of judicial processes and cases and eliminate the shortcomings of this important issue.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei on this basis pointed to the relatively successful experience and initiative of the Alborz province judiciary in establishing a “base for protecting the treasury and combating land use change” and said: Justice and Jihad Agriculture Organization of the province using the specialized system of geographical information, violations and changes in the field of agriculture and water resources are monitored instantly and from the very beginning of the occurrence of violations in this area is prevented and good achievements have been achieved in this regard. In this regard, the head of the judiciary referred to the statistics and documents provided by the General Justice of Alborz Province and said: “According to the statistics received from Alborz Province from 1994 to the end of 1998, a total of 3,200 hectares of land were seized.” Is; However, in 1999 alone, 3,873 hectares were seized; Also, in the first 9 months of this year, a total of nearly 7,000 hectares have been prevented from illegal seizures and illegal constructions in this province, which shows the success of the Alborz province initiative to prevent illegal seizures and changes of use and monitoring. The head of the judiciary went on to say that one of the damages caused by the constructions in the riverbed is related to environmental issues and the threat to the health of the citizens. Alborz pointed and said: During my trip to Alborz province, I noticed that sometimes in the banks of the rivers that are the source of drinking water in Tehran, constructions have been done and recreational centers such as villas and restaurants have been built; In Alborz province, about 12 km along the Chalous River, a significant number of government agencies have started construction on the riverbed, and it is necessary for the environment to announce its expertise in this regard, because it seems that this In terms of environment, it has serious damages because Chalous river is one of the sources of drinking water supply in Tehran.

The head of the judiciary said: “One of the agencies that has started construction on the Chalous River is the judiciary, which is a small old building from years ago, and the other agency is the Ministry of Energy;” I urged the Chief Justice of Alborz Province to obtain an expert opinion in this regard, and the first construction to be demolished is the building of the Judiciary, and then the building of the Ministry of Energy must be demolished; These buildings are certainly illegally constructed and are inside the riverbed, and we emphasized that other devices should be warned in this regard and time should be set for the law to be applied to them.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, in the continuation of today’s meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, referred to the issue of people without identity cards and identity documents, which in turn are harmful and productive categories of crime and misconduct and said: They are an identity and thus problems in their social life are created and they are deprived of their basic rights as citizens, and they may be forced to resort to illegal and criminal matters to advance their social life, so in this regard, the social deputy of the judiciary should Enter and hold meetings with various government departments, including the Ministry of Interior, the Civil Registration Organization, and other relevant agencies, in order to resolve some of the problems in this area.

Continuing today’s meeting, the head of the judiciary stressed the efforts of all relevant agencies to strengthen the security of citizens and said: the occurrence of some social anomalies in society is a concern that urgent action should be taken in this regard, including the issue of snatch bags and Mobile is a trap that has somehow endangered the security of the people and people are expressing concern; There should be no sense of insecurity in the comprehensive and we are definitely responsible in this regard, we will have meetings with the police in this regard; Also, the prosecutors of different regions of the country should deal with such cases that disturb the security and peace of the citizens without any concessions.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei went on to point out the category of some cultural anomalies in society and said: In this regard, responsible cultural institutions must first enter and perform their legal duties, some evidence suggests that some anomalies are just It is not the result of individual laziness, but sometimes it is organized, and it seems that your enemies and evil traits are trying to implement their evil intentions in our society; In these cases, too, appropriate measures should be taken and the responsible agencies should take this issue seriously and deal with it decisively if they discover an organized flow.

Accordingly, the Chief Justice stressed: “Our laws provide for severe punishment for organized crime and the promotion of denial in an organized manner, and many of these crimes are obvious crimes, and our prosecutors must act decisively and diligently;” Cultural institutions must also take appropriate action to address some of these anomalies caused by individual vulgarities, and it is generally necessary to develop a package of measures in this area.

In the second part of today’s meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, the head of the General Inspection Organization, referring to his visit to Bushehr province yesterday and visiting the customs and warehouses of the Provincial Property Collection and Sale Organization, said: Recent measures have significantly improved, but there is still much to be done.
