According to the Judiciary of the Armed Forces, in a ceremony attended by the head of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces, the governor and a group of military and national officials of Fars province, Mr. Rasoul Karimi as the new head of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces and Mr. Ghavam Karimi as the military prosecutor Fars were introduced.

The efforts of Abolhassan Hashemi, the former head of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces of the province, were also appreciated.

** Judicial activities should not be treated with caution
Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Bahrami, the head of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces, emphasized at the ceremony: The main goal of the enemies of Iran and Western governments is to destroy religiosity and marginalize religion.

Stating that all the pillars of the revolution have only one goal, which is the realization of the divine word, he said: “The goal of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the next 25 years is specified in the statements of the Supreme Leader, and that is to destroy the usurper Israel.”

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Bahrami continued: Western governments have only one goal and that is to destroy religion and religiosity, so the divine goals should not be neglected so that society does not go to destruction.

The head of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces of the country pointed out: Judicial activities should not be treated with caution in order to establish justice.

** Military and law enforcement forces were injured but refused to harm the security of the people
The Chief Justice of Fars Province also stated that the judges of Fars Province always support the rights of the people and will not allow the rights of the people to be lost.

Hojjatoleslam Seyed Kazem Mousavi, stating that the transformation plans in the judiciary of Fars province have been realized and it can be said that the best judges of the country work in Fars, pointed out: The Judiciary of the Armed Forces is one of the cleanest and most important judicial organs in the country.

The Chief Justice of Fars reminded: in various incidents, military and law enforcement forces have been harmed in order to ensure the security of the people, but they refused to harm the security of the people.

** The Judiciary of the Armed Forces has a special role in the law-abiding government

The governor of Fars also emphasized in this ceremony: Paying attention to the law and the rights of the people has a special role in controlling the activities of government officials.

Enayatullah Rahimi said: “There are many components in ensuring the security of society, such as knowing the laws, understanding the scope of responsibilities and social structure, among which the judiciary of the Armed Forces has a special role in law-abiding government officials.”

He pointed out that any society must pass through the security channel for development, noting that the cooperation of various agencies has led to the realization of peace and security in Fars and has provided the ground for the development of this province.

The governor of Fars continued: “Peace and security is one of the main blessings that has caused Fars province to take firm steps towards development.”

Rahimi added: The expansion of the armed forces in Fars has led to a special view of the province in the country and good security in the province.

The governor of Fars reminded: Last year, a series of events caused Fars province to face various dangers, but the good cooperation of different agencies caused it to cross that difficult turn.

** Reducing the incidence of crime in the military and law enforcement units of Fars province
Rasoul Karimi, the new head of the Judiciary Organization of the Armed Forces of Fars Province, also said: “The purpose of establishing the Judiciary Organization of the Armed Forces is to investigate some crimes of these forces and considering the importance of missions of the Armed Forces to protect members of these forces, which are the country’s largest assets.” Efforts are being made to put crime prevention on the agenda.

He added: With the participation of commanders, managers and officials of the Armed Forces, information protection and judicial offices and inspections based in Fars province, decisions were made that reduced the incidence of crime in military and law enforcement units based in Fars province.
