Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, referring to the influence of political and judicial issues on each other, said: “Political, judicial, security, cultural and economic issues and categories are as an interconnected and inseparable circle, and these categories affect each other.” And are influenced by each other; In this regard, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in a foreign country should consider all aspects and dimensions of the categories of this interconnected circle in the implementation of policies.

Referring to the importance of informing ambassadors by officials in their field of mission, the head of the judiciary said: “During my tenure in the Ministry of Intelligence, during my work plans, I emphasized that efforts should be made to inform ambassadors about issues in their field of work.”

Explaining the issue of judicial diplomacy and the need to apply it, the Chief Justice said: “Developing the issue of judicial diplomacy has significant benefits and prevents many issues and harms.”

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei added in this regard: For example, when a citizen of a foreign country is prosecuted inside the country and possibly arrested, if there is a disciplinary mechanism that as soon as that foreign citizen is prosecuted and arrested, Our Ministry of Foreign Affairs and our ambassador in that country, as well as the ambassador of that country, should be aware of the issue and the reasons for it. Naturally, many issues and injuries will be prevented.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, referring to the role of legal and judicial issues in the development of relations between countries, said: “During today’s meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, I asked the Strategic and Financial Deputy of the Judiciary to strengthen the structure and organization Human beings, I had emphasis because we believe that the issues we face today in various fields, especially in the field of human rights, are significant issues and need special focus.

The Chief Justice also announced that the judiciary is working to establish a system to determine the legal status of Iranians abroad.

In the end, referring to the actions of the Judiciary in pursuing the case of the assassination of General Haj Qasem Soleimani, the head of the Judiciary said: In order to advance the case of the assassination of Haj Qasem Soleimani and his comrades, both inside and outside the country, special legal and judicial measures have been taken. The perpetrators of this crime have been identified and prosecuted; We have also had good relations with Iraq in this regard.

Also in this meeting, our Minister of Foreign Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and a number of Iranian ambassadors to neighboring countries presented their views in their areas of responsibility.
