Referring to the importance and value of peace and compromise and peaceful coexistence in all schools and governance and social systems, the Head of the Judiciary clarified: the value and importance of creating peace and compromise among members of society and resolving enmity between people, for us in the system Judiciary is not about improving the statistics of handling cases, and we do not reduce this very important issue to the category of statistics, but we attach special value and credibility to peace and reconciliation between people and resolving their enmities.
The head of the judicial system further advised the officials of the Dispute Resolution Development Center that by formulating specific mechanisms and policies and enlightenment, more than before, the capacities of different groups and strata of people, clans, artists and owners of souls, pen and speech in line with the expansion of the culture of peace and Compromise and compromise between people.
The head of the judiciary also ordered the officials of the dispute resolution development center to use the capacity of the national media and other media more than in the past in order to create a culture for the expansion of reconciliation between the people and the parties to the conflict, and in this regard, pay special attention to the organization of education. .

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei went on to explain the blessings and results of peace and reconciliation and clarified: Although revenge is a right, but forgiving revenge from the parents has many blessings, and revenge also has consequences and consequences. is.
The Head of the Judiciary also pointed out the value and importance of bringing family and financial issues to peace and reconciliation and pointed out the significant volume of cases containing these issues in the judiciary.
The judge went on to say that today one of the most important issues in criminal matters are disputes and said: Many of these disputes and conflicts can be resolved with a simple apology. Therefore, it is very important to promote the issue of how people can prevent conflict and to teach these methods, and it is one of the responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Development Center.
The head of the Judiciary also advised the peacekeepers to practice and make efforts in carrying out reconciliation and reconciliation between the conflicting parties, and if they do not achieve results after one or two attempts to reconcile, stop trying. Don’t stop trying and follow up to create peace and compromise between the conflict parties and repeat this good and blessed action.

He presented statistics on the success of the dispute resolution development center in 1400 and said: Last year, the dispute resolution branches had more than 9% increase in the handling of closed cases, and the amount of peace and compromises increased from 32% of negotiable cases in 2019. They have reached 40% in 1400.
Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Sadeghi also said that according to surveys, the level of people’s satisfaction with the country’s dispute resolution branches is about 70 percent.
Also, during the Conference of Peace Ambassadors of the Dispute Resolution Council, a number of peacekeepers expressed their points of view; Among other things, Salahyar’s “light” in the field of industry, he pointed to the problems in the water sector in the country and said: “Today, on behalf of 50 knowledge-based companies, I announce that we have found solutions with the cooperation of industry elites to solve the multifaceted problem of water in the country.” .
In this conference, Imam Juma of Sunni Urmia also stated in this conference: with the efforts and cooperation between the peacekeepers of West Azarbaijan province, during the last year, many old and long-term cases, which sometimes go back to more than 30 years ago, have been solved. Ms. Alimoradi, a member of the staff of the Ilam Province Peace and Conflict Resolution Council, also stated in this conference: peacekeepers across the country from different groups of people go to the people in Har Koi and Barzon to resolve their issues, but in some cases, especially in Less fortunate provinces, the painstaking efforts of peacekeepers to achieve peace and reconciliation do not lead to results due to the lack of access to financial resources, so we propose the establishment of the National Fund for Peace and Reconciliation with the efforts of philanthropists with the priority of benefiting the less fortunate provinces.
Mrs. Ghorbani, the representative of the employees of the dispute resolution councils, also expressed some of the livelihood problems of the employees of this council and asked for the completion of the dispute resolution councils bill and the assignment of the livelihood and employment status of the employees of this institution and said: the employees of the dispute resolution councils Despite the existing problems, they will advance the affairs of people and clients with compassion as much as possible.
In addition, Rafsanjani, head of Khorasan Razavi dispute resolution development, also said: 56 percent of the cases submitted to Khorasan Razavi dispute resolution branches have resulted in peace and compromise, and they have been prevented from entering the judiciary.
He stated: “In Mashhad, with the establishment of Rural Peace Supporters branches, we have seen a decrease in the number of cases to the prosecutor’s office.”
Hojjat al-Islam Mousavi, Chief Justice of Fars Province, also presented suggestions for the development of peace and reconciliation in lawsuits and stated: In Fars Province, by adopting a solution, we even prevent cases from being opened in dispute resolution branches, and at the same time Before the case, we bring the issue to peace and compromise.
He also said: In 1400, as many as 87 cases of reconciliation in murder cases were made in Fars province.
