The answer is clear, we are what Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader have said over and over again, and we can not say that al-Qaeda has made very idealistic points, this is not true. So in the prison guard mission we are looking for reform and training and change for those who in other circumstances never wanted to give in to an education, that is, they did not wait to hear or understand or think about a series of points. Here, the result of not stopping and not listening is that they have been stopped in prison today and are at our disposal 24 hours a day, in the name of submitting to our decisions. Now it’s our art to say. How to say. And what to do.

Friends who are in prison know that this criminal population and these guests of ours are not all evil and criminal human beings, but a significant part of them are those who, if we had their conditions, financial, family, work and … what? Maybe this is what happened to us.

This leads us to the conclusion that we must enter with a kind and compassionate look.

It has been said that most of the time on provincial trips is devoted to prisoners and that the focus is more on the prisoners than on the prison guard. This does not seem to be a correct understanding. Basically, this comparison between a prisoner and a prison guard is not correct. I need to say that you are undoubtedly your priority. The prisoner is our guest and one day he will leave and you will stay and he is supposed to achieve that sublime and ideal goal in the discussion of education, provided that you give yourself dignity and status.

If someone does not count as a prison guard, and if it is built that we act in such a way that the prison guard finds dignity and a worthy position in the eyes of the public, we must start from ourselves, the point is not to doubt that our priority is you, we We love the prison guard who loves the prisoner, and our preoccupation is the prison guard who is constantly preoccupied with the prisoner, and you know that we are not going to be in the warehouse and we are going to be the coach. Let us be teachers, and God willing, the order of Hazrat Agha and his concern to turn the prison into a school of virtues will be resolved.

From the first days we started, we created a direct line of communication called the “torch”.

Our intention was for you dear ones to express your concerns, grievances and suggestions through this line without any intermediaries and worries, and of course, in the second place, the prisoners have the opportunity to express their points, we must have mistakes and prisoners. And the prisoner’s family should be able to express their problems.

This torch system and this communication line is an opportunity for you not to worry that we wanted to convey our heartache to the head of the organization in some way, use this communication line, God willing.

In order to be less annoyed in this difficult and risky mission, some of your logical concerns should be addressed by the managers, but a significant part of it will be achieved by changing our own perspective. As long as we constantly put ourselves in the place of the plaintiff in personal, family, and social affairs and always speak from the position of the creditor, nothing good will certainly happen because there is no peace.

In the words of the elders and the infallibles, we are also advised that good people always put themselves in the position of the accused, constantly take their necks in various matters, and constantly try themselves. The Qur’an says: Understanding the souls of the accused, they are the ones who constantly take their necks.

We have heard your concerns to some extent, we know them to some extent, and a small part of it was raised in this meeting. We also consider it our duty to follow them up as much as possible so that you can serve in the prison mission with more peace of mind.

God says: I will compensate the work and toil of the servant who has chosen the work from which people usually run away.

In general, prison guarding is hard work, and prison guarding in Sistan and Baluchestan is harder and more laborious.

If we want to reach the ideal conditions of service that we both enjoy and relax in, and that others respect our job as a prison guard, it requires that we truly be helpers, and of course not just helpers, but helpers. To be sad is not the third way. Either we are supposed to take the hands of these captives and change their way of life, or we are going to be careless and just guard and store.

We are supposed to be saved by the prisoners, and if God succeeds in giving us and you the mission with such a belief, then we will make every effort.

Sometimes one can create peace for oneself with a change of perspective, one is, let’s not forget the day we wanted to be hired, made vows, made promises, made covenants. People who are willing to work under the same conditions that we complain so much about. We must keep our word. We knew what prison work meant, we knew what it meant to serve in Saravan, Chabahar and Iranshahr prisons, we chose and made a vow, so it is not acceptable to go through a stage and start complaining or giving up Remember, we are dealing with people who have no one.

Some things are other than divine rules and traditions, one should be afraid of someone who has no one but God. If, God forbid, these grievances and these non-compliance with the covenant cause us to neglect, there is no need for protection and inspection and the board of violations, we will eat the stick ourselves. The point is not to forget peace, promises and appointments in this direction, this is from your point of view, but it does not mean that we forget your problems, we must make a covenant with your logical concerns that more May we follow others, God willing, and may we be able to support your serious and valuable mission in arresting some sinners who came here to be corrected and awakened, so that, God willing, that happy event may happen with your efforts.
