The head of the judiciary continued: Stones are thrown at a moving train; I don’t want to say this to be happy, but it is a fact that Islamic Iran is moving forward today, so the enemy is throwing stones.

The head of the judicial system clarified: We consider the protesters to be separate from the rioters and we have emphasized to the relevant judicial authorities to separate the innocent, less guilty and deceived people of the recent riots from the main elements and take necessary measures to release them.

Referring to the request of one of the students of Birjand University to stop the investigation of the case of Birjandi students who were arrested in the recent riots, Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei said: “Make sure you provide me with the names of the students for whom cases have been filed in recent cases in Birjand universities, and I will I order that if they have committed a crime, according to their crime and considering things like being a student, their case should be investigated and legal sanctions will be announced against them.

Qazi al-Qadat continued: We believe that even some rioters may have been deceived and it is appropriate to pay attention to this issue. But the important thing is to know the weaknesses of our management and listen to the pain and protests of the people because if we do not pay attention to our shortcomings and deficiencies, all the pains may not be cured.

The head of the judiciary continued, referring to the banner in which his image was inserted and which was in the university, and said: I am not at all satisfied that my photo and banner are installed in a place and I emphasize that ceremonies and luxuries should be reduced. He emphasized: “Problems and problems cannot be solved with photos and banners. If our intentions and actions are right, they will express themselves.”

Referring to the students’ demand to hold public economic corruption trials, the judge said: “Since the seventies, I have insisted on holding public trials in accordance with the constitution and regulations, but in any case, regulations have been established by the Majlis and others in this regard.”

The Head of the Judiciary said: I seriously believe in being present among different strata of people and listening to their words, criticisms and protests, and on this basis, during the last year and a half, with different strata of people and elite and political groups with different tendencies, I have organized think-tank meetings and I believe that a person should not be worried about hearing what his opponent has to say.

Mohammadi also appreciated the presence of Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei among the students and demanded the continuation of this practice by all the officials of the country.

Akram Salahi, the representative of Birjand University students, addressed the head of the judicial system and said: We are protesting, we are not rioters; Draw a line between the protester and the rioter.

Humayun stated: The protestors’ right to protest should be recognized, but the people do not accompany the rioters and expect to deal with the main elements of the riots who, in addition to the physical security, have endangered the psychological security of the members of the society.

“Ali Lorestani”, the representative of the students of Technical and Vocational University, addressed Hojjatul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei and said: I have a complaint; Of course, I don’t expect miracles from you as the head of the judiciary, but I expect you to make our voice heard by the president and the minister of science at the meeting of the heads of the judiciary, why the per capita of technical and vocational university is one third of the per capita of others. He added: Why is it that we, who can create employment and industry, are not given the necessary support? We don’t have a dormitory or shuttle service, and unfortunately, our university degree is invalid.
