Al-Qasi added: “Some of the lawsuits and cases that are related to the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare may be a major part of the specialized lawsuits, and the basic view and policy in the judiciary is to move in the direction of specialized proceedings.” This is part of the policies and programs of the “Judicial Transformation” document.

Al-Qasi said that in many court cases, “creating problems for the production of disputes and disputes” are cooperatives that operate in different sectors. Emphasizing that the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare is in charge of all cooperatives across the country, and this is the philosophy of establishing and pursuing this ministry, he said: “Currently, we suffer damages and problems due to lack of supervision over cooperatives.
