My Persian Expensive sellers, expensive for them

Fars news; My Persian: The voice of my Fars audience came from the practice of confronting high-priced sellers. They have registered a campaign in Fars Man under the title “requesting the application of deterrent punishment for high street sellers” and they say: “High street sellers in the market easily set prices by themselves and sell goods at the desired price.”
Reza Farjizadeh, the editor-in-chief of Poish, believes that dealing with high-priced sellers is not proportional to the percentage of high-priced goods: “For someone who drives a car worth 200 million tomans, a fine of 300 thousand tomans is heavy for him, but does a fine of 300 thousand tomans for someone whose car is 2 billion tomans a deterrent?” is he The story of overselling in the market is the same, the amount of fine should be proportional to the amount of overselling and even more. If this is not the case, the fines are not a deterrent and the offender will pay the fine, and once again the same soup and the same bowl.”
According to the Government Penalty Law, depending on the amount of overselling, the punishment for overselling starts with the filing of a case and a written warning, and if it is repeated several times, it can go up to the closure and cancellation of the unit’s license. Farjizadeh challenged the existing laws and said: “These laws are at least 50 years old and the laws should be amended in this regard.”
The editor-in-chief of Powish says that underselling and overselling are two sides of the same coin; “For example, reducing bread in bakeries in such a way that they sell 135 grams for 100 grams is both overselling and underselling. Also, in food items such as chips, yogurt, oil, etc., if you look carefully, their volume is smaller, but the price is higher. Why is the government not checking the scales of fruit sellers and other traders who deal with scales? We have to accept whatever they sell because we have no possibility of verification. Many times we have witnessed the fines of trade unions, but they have continued their work and in response to why you sell at high prices, they say that our expenses are high. Brake oil, tires, etc. are more expensive than the price they declare. Also, in pharmacies, they put labels on medicines that change their price and sell their previous purchases at the new price. Even a small amount that is fined does not go to the buyer’s pocket and goes directly to the government’s pocket.”
To complain about the offending trade unions, people can file their complaint by referring to the news headquarters of the industry, mining and trade organizations of the provinces and subordinate cities, or by calling 124, the website https://124.ir, the portal of the Consumer Protection Organization at the email address www. .cppo.ir, and the app to file a complaint. The Law of Government Penalties was approved in 1367, and some crimes related to high-selling were stated in the Trade Union Law approved in 1382.
The editor-in-chief of Powish considered overselling as a chain act that: “If this work is not stopped seriously, it will cause more chain and unrest in the market.”
If you want to deal with low sellers and high sellers, sign the campaign here. If the number of signatures reaches 1,000, follow-up will be placed on the Fars agenda by the relevant official.
