Narration of the story of the father of Jihadi camps from Documentary Network – Mehr News Agency Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr News Agency, citing the public relations of Documentary Network, the documentary “One Hundred Years of Solitude” produced by Mohammad Ali Farsi and directed by Mehdi Farsi, a portrait of Abdullah Vali, the “Father of Jihadist Campaigns”, will be broadcast on Tuesday, August 18 at 21:00 on Sima Documentary Network.
This documentary film is a different story of Abdullah Vali, who worked for many years to remove deprivation from Beshagard region, which is one of the most deprived southern regions of Iran.
About the idea of making this work, Farsi said: My first encounter with Beshagard dates back to 2016. At that time, I was making a documentary called “Khorramshahr”, which was about the elimination of deprivation in Iran, after the victory of the Islamic Revolution. That film was a narration of the activities of Mahmoud Vali, the brother of Abdullah Vali, but it was there that I got to know Abdullah Vali, Beshagard region and other influential figures in this region.
About the research of his film, he said: Before making the documentary “One Hundred Years of Solitude”, I had made 2 other documentaries about Beshagard, and because of this, I had a good knowledge of the events and influential people of the region. The first one was one of the parts of the documentary series “Khorramshahr” that I mentioned, and the other is a portrait of Haj Agha Momeni, who is also one of the most influential figures in Beshagard.
This documentary maker added: This incident made the production of “One Hundred Years of Solitude” very consistent. In fact, when I entered the region to make this work, I had a script and an illustration. Of course, we had 2 trips to Beshagard to make “One Hundred Years of Solitude”. We had a trip of almost 25 days and then we had a trip of 10 days.
The director of the documentary “One Hundred Years of Loneliness” said about the archival images of this film: “A part of the old archive of this documentary is the famous Avini film about Beshagard, which is called “Doctor Jihad”. We were very lucky to be able to receive the converted and high-quality version from the friends of Fatah narrative. The rest of the archives were collected very diligently and carefully. Collecting the archives of this documentary took more than a year and a half. Some of these archives were related to individuals and groups who came to Beshagard and took personal and souvenir films. We also took some archives from the government centers that came to serve the people.
Farsi said: Abdullah Wali is a valuable gem and I believe that his legacy is not his financial achievements, but his cultural activities. People like Vali had a special culture and character that they were able to institutionalize in the region. He is still famous among jihadi groups who consider him the father of jihadi camps and its founder.
