National Registration of “Puppets” Play Museum of the Children of the Center for Intellectual Development

The “Puppets of the Nightclub” collection of the National Museum of Children’s Art and Literature of the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents was nationally registered.
Theater News Base: In order to preserve the achievements of the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents in 1400, the National Museum of Children’s Art and Literature registered the collection of “Puppets of the Night Tent” by the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization of the country.
This collection includes 46 puppets related to the late Qajar and early Pahlavi periods and belonging to Loti Hossein, son of Kaka Mohammad Shirazi, one of the masters and veterans of the marquee tent in Iran, which was purchased by the Puppet Theater and Puppet Theater Production Center and then transferred to the museum. The National Children’s Art and Literature Center was moved.
After performing the administrative steps and visiting the experts of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization of the country, these dolls received a national registration license from this organization on April 20, 1401 and were registered in the list of national monuments of the country.
Mubarak dolls, Salim Khan, Pahlavan, etc. are among the dolls in this collection.
Those interested can visit this collection at the National Museum of Children’s Art and Literature, located on Fatemi St., Hijab St., the Center for Cultural and Artistic Creations of the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents.
The National Museum of Children’s Art and Literature of the Center for Intellectual Development welcomes those interested from Saturday to Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
