According to Mehr reporter, Yusuf Nouri in a conversation with reporters in Gorgan on Friday evening He stated: We have had a serious program in the field of Quran memorization and education and have taken into consideration the requirements of leadership.

The Minister of Education added: There is a plan to train three million Qur’an memorizers, and in this context, Darul-Qurans have been organized.

He stated: In this regard, we will use the capacity of the Holy Qur’an, the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Advertising Organization, the Endowment Organization, and Quranic and non-governmental groups, during which meetings have been held with these groups.

Nouri said in another part of his speech regarding the demands of the cultivators that the cultivators should feel comfortable about paying these arrears and that resources have been seen for that.
