Theater News Base: In the list of new production licenses issued by the Cinema Organization, the name of the film “Narcissus Transfiguration” co-produced by Saeed Sharafikia and Tebyan Institute can be seen.

Written and directed by Hamed Alizadeh, the film stars Shahab Hosseini, Pedram Sharifi, Jamshid Hashempour, Behnaz Jafari and Majid Norouzi, and features a number of foreign actors.

Hamed Alizadeh, the director of this work, has previously directed the movie “Khonboha” produced by Basir Salahshour, the living son of Yad Farjullah Salahshour.

Although a synopsis of “The Transfiguration of the Narcissus” has not yet been published, its name is reminiscent of the famous painting by the Spanish painter and artist Salvador Dali. The connection between the story of this film and this painting is not clear.

Tebyan Institute with the full name of “Tebyan Film Writer” is the filmmaking office of Farjollah Salahshour, the late cinematographer of Iranian cinema, who died in 1994. The most significant project of this institute was the TV series “Yousef the Prophet (PBUH)” written and directed by Farjullah Salahshour, which was made in the 80’s.

Shahab Hosseini, the actor of this film, in the last days of Esfand 1400, in a video that received a lot of reflection, expressed his dissatisfaction as a cinematographer with the situation of cinema and explained that from now on he will only participate in projects that include a poem by Rumi. “Let go of the trick, lover, go crazy, go crazy.” It seems that the first project of this movie star after this comment, probably meets the criteria he intends.
