Start of registration of 3 million housing from tomorrow / Who is in the priority of registering the housing leap plan?


According to Tejarat News, as announced by the head of the Civil Commission of the Majles, starting tomorrow, October 19, 1400, the registration system of Raisi Housing will start. In this plan, the government is supposed to provide cheap housing units to the homeless. As it has been said before, each meter of residential unit of this project is supposed to be about three million Tomans.

But what are the registration conditions in this plan? According to Mohammad Reza Rezaei Kochi, head of the Civil Commission of the parliament:

Priority for registration of housing leap plan

1- The main housing registration system is without time limit. This means that there is enough time for all participants to sign up.

2- This plan is for tenants and homeless people and does not include other people.

3. Single women over the age of 35 are considered heads of households and are eligible to purchase housing.

4- People who are registered in the national housing plan and have not yet received housing, are included in the housing production leap plan. However, this group of applicants does not need to re-register in the new system and their application will be applied.

But what are the registration requirements for single men? As the head of the Civil Commission of the Majles announced, no special conditions have been announced for the registration of these people yet. But there may be age requirements for single men applying for a home housing plan. Single 40-year-old men may also be able to register with the Housing Leap Plan.

It was also previously stated that applicants for the Housing Leap Plan must have a five-year residency record in the requested city. But this condition will probably be removed and the situation will become easier.

Assignment of 3 million square meters of housing?

Although the details of the price of Raisi housing have not been announced yet, but it was previously said that each meter of housing in the housing leap plan is supposed to be two million and 750 thousand tomans per meter. That is one tenth of the current average housing price in Tehran.

As the Deputy Chairman of the Civil Commission of the Majles had previously said, in the plan to jump in housing production, free land will be made available to the people by the government. Land is said to be a surplus of government land. By offering free land, the price of each meter of a residential unit is supposed to be around three million tomans.

However, many mass builders and builders of housing say that the cost of housing is at least twice this figure and the government is not able to build housing with three million tomans per square meter.

What is the loan amount of the housing leap plan?

The government is also set to provide loans to applicants for the Housing Leap Project. However, the amount of this loan is still unknown. But as the Minister of Roads and members of parliament have said, the loan amount is between 300 and 450 million tomans.

It is also said that the monthly installments of the housing leap project loan are between 3 million and 750 thousand to 5 million tomans. This is a 20-year loan. But it is not clear what the fee is. Some say the main housing facility fee is 18 percent, but some lawmakers have reported mortgages with a fee below 10 percent.

However, it is scheduled to be unveiled tomorrow, October 19, from the main housing registration system or the housing leap plan. But neither the system name nor further details have been announced yet.
