On several sites, you can see advertisements for the purchase of import licenses for veterans who have either recently started or have already been active in such a market, and have also maintained their advertisements so that the veterans may sell the import license for cars.

There has been a similar experience in the Iranian economy in 1993. At that time, at the request of the head of the Martyr Foundation and senior government officials, and in accordance with Article 138 of the Constitution, it was decided that 9,200 vehicles would comply with the government’s decree banning the registration of car orders over 2,500 cc for 70% of veterans in accordance with the law.
