Tashkari Hashemi mentioned telecommuting as one of the ways to prevent organizational corruption and said: “In some cases, face-to-face referrals can exacerbate organizational corruption, but when communication is in the electronic context, it will definitely have positive effects and consequences and can Prevent the formation of organizational corruption.
The head of the Civil Engineering and Transportation Commission of the Islamic Council of Tehran, referring to the important role of employees in organizations, stated: Employees of an organization are the largest asset of that organization and to use this capital properly, careful planning must be done, including Take action to ensure that employees perform their duties in the best way and in a managed manner during telecommuting.

He mentioned time management as one of the important advantages of telecommuting for employees, which prevents tedious commuting and calms them down, and continued: eliminating harsh customs and relationships such as maintaining office coverage, not interfering with others in Employee affairs, relaxation and concentration, increased productivity at work, job commitment and job satisfaction, as well as identifying qualified people at work, are other benefits of telecommuting.
Tashkari Hashemi stated that the four elements must be put together so that an employee can be in telecommuting conditions: These elements include “employee readiness to use different office systems” – which requires proper training and coordination. – “Availability of work tools and the provision of related software”, “Restructuring of offices and support of telecommuting system” and “Using technologies in the best way and providing a communication platform”.
