According to Tejarat News, the central bank finally published a report on the developments in the Tehran housing market today after about 11 months.

Based on this, the average purchase and sale price of each square meter of residential unit traded through Tehran real estate companies in October 1402 was equal to 76 million and 60 thousand tomans. This statistic indicates that the price of housing in the first month of autumn this year has increased by one percent compared to the previous month, which is September.

Also, during this period, the number of residential apartments traded in Tehran reached 3,100 residential units
has reached, which shows a 20% increase compared to the previous month and a 2.42% decrease compared to the same month of the previous year.

The number of transactions registered in the 22 districts of Tehran shows that District 5 with 404 transactions and a share of 12.9% of the total transactions is at the top of the districts in terms of buying and selling residential units. After that, Region 10 is in second place with 293 transactions. Region 4 is in the third place with 270 transactions.

This is despite the fact that according to the reports of the central bank, most of the region 2 was in the third place, and now the 4th region is with a small difference compared to one of the most prosperous regions of Tehran, i.e. the 10th region.
