According to Tejarat News, it was a few days ago that the head of the Tehran Construction Cooperatives Union, as the designer of the construction of 25-meter houses, resolved the ambiguities of this plan in a press conference. In a part of this meeting, he stated that the denials that have been published so far by the authorities to acquit the economic housing plan were caused by news attacks!
Khashayar Bagharpour also continued that some institutions and officials agree with the implementation of this plan and even want to receive these units for their employees. He even claimed that the Minister of Labor is not opposed to this plan and stated: “I am fully with you.”; A claim that was denied by the Minister of Labor in a short period of time!
Today, the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare has announced in this connection: “The request of the mentioned person, who accompanied one of the honorable representatives of the parliament to the meeting of the Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare Mortazavi, was to facilitate and support the formation of housing cooperatives, which Paying attention to compliance with the missions of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare and the 13th People’s Government was approved by Mr. Wazir.
This statement added: “Considering that the construction of housing, especially entering into details such as its size and map, is within the scope of the missions of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare has never announced or acted on this matter and this claim It is strongly denied.”
Grabbing unrelated ministries
It seems that the custodian of the affordable housing plan is pulling on every string to advance a project that has a thousand buts and ifs, even if that string is verbal approval from an unrelated ministry.
Earlier, the Union of Construction Cooperatives of Tehran city had claimed the approval of some ministries and officials regarding the construction of 25-meter houses, which were denied by different ministries one after the other.
The economic housing project has attracted many criticisms from the beginning. One of the main problems in this field is the ownership of these units. Since a permit is not legally granted to units below 35 meters, therefore a definitive document is not issued for 25 meter units and according to Khashayar Bagharpour, the head of the Union of Construction Cooperatives of Tehran City, the document of these units will be delivered jointly and equally. . In other words, the Union of Construction Cooperatives of Tehran has applied for a hotel-apartment license to build 25-meter houses.
