The music of the symphony poem “The Lady of Water and Mirror” was held in Vahdat Hall

According to the reporter of Tavana Journalists Club, the concert of the Iranian National Music Orchestra of the symphonic poem “The Lady of Water and Mirror” composed by Safi Safavi and conducted by Homayun Rahimian was held on the evening of Wednesday, January 6, at Vahdat Hall.

The performance of the symphonic poem “The Lady of Water and Mirror” was conducted by Homayun Rahimian and accompanied by the Rodaki Foundation Choir led by Razmik Ohanian.

This concert started with Mehran Khanzadeh’s oud solo. Next, the piece “Entering Mecca” (Muhammad Rasoolullah film music) by Maurice Jarre should be played. “Apple Tree of Revelation” by Homayun Rahimian, sung by Amir Hossein Samii and the choir, was the next piece of the group.

Fereydon Shahbazian’s “Avar Movie Music” was another performance. Also, Farhad Fakhredini’s “Rozi Roozari” with the duet of Mozhgan Mohammad Hosseini and Mehran Khanzadeh, Morris Jarr’s “Call to Islam” and Mehrdad Delnavazi’s “Rhapsody for Reeds and Orchestra” were performances of the symphonic poem “The Lady of Water and Mirror”.

It should be mentioned that this religious concert was held on the occasion of the Fatimid days and the martyrdom of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (pbuh) and the music artists and musicians paid their respects to the Lady of Water and Mirror and in the memory of Rehana Rasoolullah (pbuh).
