The President of the Court of Administrative Justice emphasizes the need to be more serious in enforcing judgments

According to Fars News Agency, Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Hekmat Ali Mozaffari, the head of the Administrative Justice Court, in his speech before the agenda of the General Assembly of the Administrative Justice Court, referred to the recent trip to Khuzestan province and a meeting with about 300 residents of the province. Most of the people’s protests were about the non-implementation of the court rulings by the executive apparatus.
The President of the Administrative Justice Court emphasized on more seriousness and diligence in implementing the rulings of the Court and said: all judges and managers of the Administrative Justice Court should be more serious in implementing the rulings of the Court with determination and without neglecting and considering the circumstances.
He added: “A large number of rulings of the Administrative Justice Court are implemented but not visible, but the small number of rulings of the Court that are difficult to implement by the executive apparatus causes people’s dissatisfaction with the court and the relevant executive apparatus.”
Emphasizing that the law has not been enacted to be recorded in history, but must be implemented, Mozaffari said: “If the rulings of the Administrative Court of Justice are not implemented by the executive bodies in the field of objection, do not fall short, but do not go beyond the law.” Written.
