He added: “In public meetings, we realize that the decision was issued based on legal provisions and the client’s claim is not acceptable, so the necessary guidance and instructions are given so that the client is satisfied.” In some of the requests raised, the applicant has rights and rights, so that either the form of the proceedings was not correct and the applicant could not get his rights, that the necessary guidance is given, or that the issued decision has problems that must be violated and followed up again. This rarely happens.
