According to the Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of the Central Province, Hossein Mahmoudi stated: Roof insulation, repair of doors and windows, demolition of side walls and facades have been completed with a credit allocation of one billion and 300 million Rials.

The Deputy Director of Cultural Heritage of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Central Province added: Mirza Mohammad Taghi Khan Farahani or Amir Kabir is the most famous chancellor of all historical periods and kingdoms of Iran. Mirza Taqi Khan was born in the village of Hezaveh in Central Province and during his three-year tenure as chancellor during the Qajar era, he was the source of services and the initiator of reforms that had a significant impact on the history of the country and the fate of the people.

Mahmoudi clarified: The historical house of Amir Kabir was built in the Qajar period and this building has a size of 625 square meters of arena and 815 square meters of nobles on two floors. The first floor of this building has an old arched roof and clay walls, and the second floor has a wooden beam roof, which is located in the historical village of Hezaveh, in Arak city.

The historical house of Amir Kabir has been registered in the list of national monuments of the country under number 29706 on 16 Bahman 1389.
