Regarding the reasons for the appointment of the accused Nasser Abdolhosseini Sakha, CEO of Cruise Company and the third defendant in the case, the prosecutor’s representative stated: According to the confessions of defendants Mir Aghaei and Taheri, they received orders to pay gifts to the offenders from Mr. Sakha.

The prosecutor’s representative stated: Regarding the donation of a car to Karamkhani, the head of customs at Imam Khomeini Airport, the accused Ranjbar said that Karamkhani had requested a car for daily commuting, which was discussed and approved by Mr. Sakha, and a Mazda 3 car. He said: Defendant Momeni has stated in his confession that the list of gifts has existed since 1996 and the amount of gifts was determined depending on the person’s post.

He added: Defendant Momeni has stated the reason for paying the gifts to expedite the work and clearance of goods, to ignore the contradictions and to salt them.

The prosecutor’s representative stated: Gharib accused that if the gifts were not paid to different people in the offices, things would go slowly after a few months and their behavior would show that they had not received any gifts from the company and the correspondence would be delayed. Navid Gharib said in the confession: when the weight difference in the goods occurred at the time of clearance, the gift card was paid to the employees.
