The story of an entrepreneur girl who changed the economic situation of her village / The girls of this village own a business

According to Life Group: Many of us are looking for a successful business and a change in our economic situation, but sometimes we look for this change in a place far from where we live. Has changed the village. The connection of his destiny with the vine clusters and their income generation has an interesting story that you will read below.

This concerned young man who, with the blessing of the vine clusters, has become the owner of the business of his village. In an interview with a Fars reporter, he narrates his life as follows:

I am Fatemeh Keshavarzi, the daughter of a gardener; I was born in 1991 in the village of Dasht Azadegan, ninety kilometers from Shiraz. We are a family of four and I am the first child of the family. In our village, when a boy marries a woman, they immediately give him his share of the inheritance from the garden and the land to put his life on the rails. We wanted to not.

In 2002, my father left the village on his own and went to Shiraz to work. My mother also went to my father some time later. My brother and I stayed in the village and lived in my uncle’s house for a while. We were in the dormitory during high school. When I finished my studies, my brother and I went to Shiraz and lived there with my parents for a few years. My father’s job situation in Shiraz was not bad, he also tried many jobs, but he did not have a stable job. My father used to work in the countryside and it was difficult for him to stay in the city. He wanted to be independent in his work environment and work for himself.

I was strongly opposed to returning to the village

When my father returned to the village, he started a traditional grape juice workshop. From then on, one of my mother and father was in Shiraz and the other was in the village. During the planting and harvest season, they would go to the village and return to Shiraz with my growls. It was hard for me to be away from my family, especially since I had tasted this distance well many years ago. . I would call and say, “Why don’t you get rid of the bald head of this garden?” I thought that the income of the village was not enough to support myself, although in my father’s town he had a small income, but it was stable, and that was good in my opinion. But my family was against it and preferred the same seasonal income as the village.

There were many challenges in our family business

One of our serious challenges was selling the workshop products. My parents took the products to the shops around Shiraz for sale to the shopkeepers, but they did not settle immediately. And they set a deadline for paying for the products. My parents, although they did not know them, trusted their word and did not receive checks or receipts from the shopkeepers. This made it very difficult for us to get money to sell our products from shopkeepers. We called again and again, but they ignored us again. If they were finally satisfied with our payment, they would gradually transfer that amount to our account, and this was of no use to us at all.

Another challenge facing our family business was these intermediaries. He would put us up for sale in the shop, but still in front of our eyes they would offer the product to the customer at twice the price they gave us, and it would be very heavy for me when I saw my parents with such difficulty. They work and the main profit of our products goes. In the pockets of intermediaries, I was really upset.

In addition to all these difficulties, it was my parents’ travel problem that bothered me the most. I remember once they went to the village to sell our products. I was waiting for them in the house we had in Shiraz. It had been a few hours since they should have arrived and there was still no news of them. I was really worried. On the other hand, I could not call or follow them. They arrived at almost 1 in the morning. But a difficult night passed for me. For all these years that my father started the workshop, I was terrified every night of the road he had to take to sell our products. I was always worried about my father and his road and dangers.

I had to choose between my lesson and my family

When I was living with my family in Shiraz, I went to the seminary to continue my education when my father had not yet decided to return to the village. I was very interested in religious topics. On the other hand, I had many questions in my mind that I wanted to answer. I continued the field up to level 2 and was writing my dissertation. I went to the village to see my family. I had torn my dissertation and said I was not studying anymore. What do I want a degree for? What does the lesson do for me? I just want to stay together and live together. But the story did not end there. I rewrote my dissertation and passed the master’s exam and went to Qom University. Now I was away from my family again than before, but I was no longer as impatient as I used to be. I tried to accept that our living conditions were not such that we could live under one roof like all families. Either I had to give up my studies or my parents had to quit their jobs, neither of which was possible.

Haj Hussein Yekta made me return to my village

The career future I always imagined for myself was very different from what I am now. I never thought I would one day return to the village under the pretext of growing vine clusters. I had planned for myself to continue my studies and become a university professor. On the other hand, because I was very interested in writing, I participated in most of the writing classes and conferences. I wanted to work in this field and become a writer. Then I will return to the village and, due to the social position I gained, set up a charity to help those in need there.

I was always worried about our village because, in addition to my family, all the villagers were facing difficulties in earning money and the challenge of selling their products. I wanted to take an effective step in the economy of our village. Haj Hossein Yekta was also present at one of the conferences held at our university. I went and talked to them and told them my mental concerns. Haj Hussein said if you want to be effective for the society, do not return to your village in Qom. This made me think much more seriously about returning to Shiraz and taking an effective economic step for the people of our village.

I started from a small booth in Basalam

In one of the classes I went to, I got acquainted with Baslam internet market. Of course, I had heard its name before, but I thought it would be very difficult to create a booth in it. Through that class, I created a booth in Baslam and named it ” “I put vine clusters.” I felt that this is what we in the village need. Sales without intermediaries and with more profit.

The establishment of a booth in Baslam coincided with my conversations with Haj Hussein Yekta and the decision I had made to improve the economy of our village. And introduce them to direct sales. It was not long after I became a member of the Darbaslam booth that I was invited to collaborate by this group. Because I was talented in writing, I was accepted in an interview with Baslam and worked as an employee there. More in front of my family and the villagers.

Despite all the hardships, I never stepped back

In 1398, when I started my internet business, I lived in a student dormitory. My parents prepared and packaged the products in the village and sent them to Qom by bus. I also went to the terminal and picked up the packages to post. Our dormitory was a long way from the post office. On the other hand, the packages were really heavy and difficult for me to carry, but despite all these problems, I never stepped back. I had decided to go this route with all the difficulties.

With the outbreak of Corona, when university classes were absent and I became a telecommuter in Basalam, I packed up all my belongings and returned to our village from Qom. We decided to renovate our house a long time ago, but our financial situation did not allow it. Sales of products that grew I went with my father and we signed the contract to renovate the house. My father was against and thought we could not pay for it, but I moved forward with trust in God. We worked in the workshop and sometimes we were busy until 3 in the morning. The volume of our orders and products was so large that we got help from family members and our business became a family business.

Even the teenage girls in our village own businesses

From the beginning, when our family business flourished, I suggested to all the villagers to start their own business. But unfortunately, the villagers are not risk-takers. In fact, even though they have many challenges in life, they do not pay attention when you come up with a solution and prefer to act in their traditional way. In other words, they wait to see the result and if it is successful, They move towards it.

But when they saw the results of my work and my family, they dared to decide to start their own business. So that now even the women and teenagers of our village own businesses. In fact, the blessing of the vine clusters changed the life of our family and the villagers.

I changed the beliefs of the villagers

My father always dreamed of having a shop in the city to sell his products directly and without intermediaries, but when I sold 4 tons of products through our online store and had 2,000 customers from all over the country, my father and others’ beliefs changed. And they realized that they do not have to have a shop to sell their product in the city, because you can earn money with the same mobile phones.

The name “vine clusters” is full of meaning to me

Vine clusters are a blessing in disguise. We and the villagers get our income from these vineyards. That’s why I named my online store by this name. Before that, I had a blog to introduce our economic capacities, tourism, etc. Our village with the same name. The name of the vine clusters is full of meaning for me.

I’m happy to have a family business

The only important thing in my life was always being away from my family. It bothered me a lot that we had to be apart because of my dad’s job and my studies, but when my internet business started and we all worked together, it was very enjoyable for me and it made the hard work of I do not have eyes.

“Vine clusters” have a bright future

I plan to expand the vine clusters into a tourist, residential and shopping complex in the future. So that tourists can get acquainted with zero to one hundred harvests and personally visit the grape juice workshop. On the other hand, enjoy the pristine nature of our village. Continue independently.
