According to Monetary News, quoting the public relations of Sarmad Insurance, Yaghoub Rashnavadi, the CEO of the company, appointed Hossein Payndani as the director of provincial affairs and sales network.
In the ruling of Rashnavadi, it is emphasized on strengthening and continuously reviewing the performance of the sales network, attracting new representatives and training their empowerment, and grading and ranking the branches and representatives of the company and organizing the limits of their authority to facilitate sales. Rashnavadi also asked Payandani to plan to attract life insurance sales representatives and create an educational mechanism for them, to continuously monitor the performance of the branches, and to make the processes of the branches transparent and optimized.
Hossein Payendani, who has a master’s degree in business management, is one of the most experienced managers in the insurance industry. Prior to him, Mehdi Shamsaii was in charge of managing the affairs of the provinces and the Sarmad insurance sales network.
In a decree, the CEO of Sarmad Insurance also appointed Behrad Group, who was previously in charge of the company’s compliance management, as the Bank and Insurance Manager.
According to Rashnavadi, continuous communication with the headquarters and branches of the Supreme Bank of Saderat Iran and trying to obtain maximum satisfaction, presenting a written plan for marketing in the bank and increasing production premiums from the share of origin, designing new insurance plans and expanding coverage for employees and Bank customers and facilitating the process of issuing and selling insurance policies in bank branches will be among the main missions of managing bank and insurance affairs in the new period.
He has a master’s degree in business administration and has previously served as Head of Representative and Branch Affairs, Director of Banking and Insurance, and Head of Sarmad Insurance Compliance Management.
Prior to the group, Mehdi Arastehfard was the Bank and Insurance Manager of Sarmad Insurance Company.
