He added: “We must operationally introduce new technologies and put the government on track in various industries, in order to develop skills training and solve this problem.”

Kalani continued: “In order to develop skills, we took a big step in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce, the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization and the Azad University of the province in Isfahan.”

He called this action employment at the same time as production and added: this project will be implemented in the form of a pilot scan in the province and at the end of this month in general at the level of all universities.

Dual technical and vocational training

The General Director of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare of Isfahan Province stated: In this project, people will spend part of their study time at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels by attending industrial and production units for skills training.

He continued: “It has also been stipulated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces that the conscripts should work part of their military service in the real environment.”

Referring to the leadership and volunteer skills training, Kalani said: “This project has been implemented and very successful, and the Technical Education and Vocational Training Organization has designed a dual training that it has done with the Guild Affairs Association and the Guilds Chamber and as a pilot in the car guild.” Has implemented.
