Ways to deal with autumn allergies / Equip yourself with a mask, hat and sunglasses

Life group: As autumn is for some reminiscent of warm colors, hot tea, and occasional showers; For others, experiencing a condition consisting of runny nose, itchy eyes and skin, and other types of allergies is called “seasonal allergies.” These people experience difficult conditions in the fall. But following a few simple tips before reaching drug treatment can greatly make the fall of this group of people pleasant.
What is seasonal sensitivity?
Why do some people get allergies at certain times of the year, such as spring or autumn, and what exactly is seasonal allergies?
Seasonal allergies are actually the body’s reaction to harmless substances. That is, our body reacts to things like dust or plant pollen in a certain season, such as an enemy attack on the body, and begins to release a substance called “histamine” to deal with these hypothetical enemies!
When histamine is released in the body, the body detects allergies and tries to get rid of the allergies by draining them through the nose and eyes. What should we do now to deal with this diagnosis of our body in the face of seasonal rotations?
Know the root of your allergies
Know your allergies first and foremost empirically and then see your doctor. Some people are only sensitive to autumn dust. These groups should not keep their home temperature artificially humid because dust grows more in hot and humid environments. Or they must use a mask to clean the house.
Other people who are sensitive to plants, their pollen, or the material scattered between the fallen leaves of plants in the fall should also avoid growing plants in these plants.
Use hats and sunglasses
These days, with the spread of corona, we all use masks outside the home. The mask largely prevents allergens from entering our mouths and noses. But the eyes are not safe and also these autumn allergens can fit between our hair.
So when you go out, use a hat and sunglasses. There is no choice, allergens are outside the home and it is we who must protect ourselves from them.
Close doors and windows
Autumn weather is pleasant for some and that is why they leave the doors and windows open during the hours of the day when the weather is warmer. But you should know that every open door and window is inviting allergens or allergens to the mouth, nose and eyes of people with allergies.
Air purifiers are generally expensive. But if you can use them with standard filters and replace the filters in time, especially in the bedroom, you will sleep easier and stay away from allergies.
Get out of the house around noon
According to research, pollen and particulate matter are higher in the early morning when people are just starting out. If you do not have to leave the house early in the morning due to work conditions, postpone leaving the house until around noon or after 10 o’clock to be less exposed to allergens.
Take a shower before bed
As we said, allergens nest on your hair and clothes, so you need to put outside clothes and those on other clothes at the entrance of the house. If you shower at night before going to bed, you will sleep better because of the removal of allergens from the hair follicles.
Change and wash your sheets and pillows at least once a week so that the suspended particles that may have nested on the fabric taropod do not bother you. Wash fabrics with warm water and do not leave them exposed to allergens to dry.
