It depends entirely on the performance of women themselves, whether they take telecommuting as a means of rest and unemployment, or perform their duties better and more efficiently than at work. Whatever the job, whether governmental or non-governmental, it must be done. A person can be at work but stay on the ground or be a teleworker but be more productive.

However, telecommuting depends on the type of work the woman does and the set in which it is defined. For example, service work or service cannot be defined as telecommuting. Secretary, telephony, head of banking departments, various affairs that the client has. Such things can not be done remotely.

Jobs that are said to be allowed by the supervisor are correct because he approves the type of work and the amount of necessity to be present at the workplace and specifies the amount of work that is required to be present at the workplace or teleworking a few days and hours a week. . Of course, unfortunately, people sometimes have personal issues with each other. For this reason, the top manager may allow someone to work remotely but not allow anyone else. However, the law allows this to happen with the permission of the superior manager. Well, this is a privilege for women applying for telecommuting. Yes, especially in these two years, the corona flowed this way and the past fears of telecommuting disappeared. Why do we have this problem?

This model of work, in which everyone has to go to work from 8 am to 4 pm, is sometimes in conflict with other roles of a woman, but she does it because she has difficulty doing other types of work. We need to define and strengthen other solutions that do not necessarily have to work only in this work model as an employee and at certain hours, otherwise he loses his job. We had to define a model of work so that women would not be harmed by their busy schedules. This is the lack of system and officials.

Where do you think the problem is?

The biggest problem is that we have not been able to define and build our system according to our desired point. We were a copycat. Another issue is the fatness of the government. What do we want to do with all this wide and long government apparatus? The government must be small and agile and outsource its work. Once this was done, women could easily come in and pick up the work and do it. But because the government is fat, it is fat and inefficient. Our hiring is the same. Where in the world do you have so many government employees? In Iran, many want to become government employees and employees. I think there should be a change in the field of women if the parliament and the government help. They must have a new perspective and a new plan. Now it has its possibilities. Startups and knowledge-based organizations can be a good solution along with the same handicrafts and home-based businesses and rural businesses. Or, for example, students who study at universities in any field and learn a profession can form a collective company and occupation for themselves. These disciplines can organize and employ and do projects for themselves. This can be done. If it has not been done in bold so far, it is because the road has not been paved. The problem is that in the field of women, especially everything political has been dealt with. Even the projects have been given to the political current along with the governments. Political affiliates take projects from the government and do them themselves, and everyone strengthens their political current with the property and facilities of the treasury.

You said in part that even housewives should be paid for childbearing. Can you explain about this?

Working women have something called maternity leave, which pays them 9 months of paid leave. This means that they get paid for what they do not do. In our country, salaries are from oil money. My point is that if a government employee is paid 9 months for what he does not do, that is, he is on leave, they should also give this salary to the housewife. In other words, working women and housewives are equal in that they do nothing for the government after giving birth. If a working woman takes 9 months off and receives her salary, a housewife must also receive these 9 months of salary. Both are equal in what they do not do for the government.

Both working women and housewives are equal in the responsibilities of caring for their babies and breastfeeding and caring for their babies. Why don’t we give this money to both of them?
