According to the decree submitted by the government to the parliament, the assignment of the cases is such that the last expert price of the property will be considered 5 times that fine and the Article 100 commission will be eliminated.

He said: “This issue may be appropriate to determine the task of the current cases, but in any case, the task of violations will not be clear over time.”

He added: The amount that is predicted for the renovation of worn-out texture in the whole country, Tehran’s share is only 360 billion tomans, which is enough only for the renovation of 3 hectares of worn-out texture, and with this account, it will take several hundred years to complete the renovation in Tehran.
