What happened in the meeting of the Tehran House of Representatives with city managers?

Nasser Amani, a member of the Tehran City Council, in an interview with Fars News Agency, said about the meeting of the City Council with the Tehran House of Representatives: At the invitation of the Speaker of the Tehran House of Representatives, some members of parliament, the mayor of Tehran and his deputies کردن.

He added: Mehdi Chamran, the chairman of the Tehran City Council, expressed two concerns in this meeting, one of which is related to the issues raised in the parliament and in fact it has been decided to form a committee that will be responsible for appointing auditors of all public government institutions. The main will be with the Court of Accounts.

The member of Tehran City Council continued: ‌This issue causes legal disputes between municipalities and the Court of Accounts; Because the councils are responsible for supervising the municipalities, and in fact, as Mr. Chamran stated, if this issue is not taken care of, the councils will become ineffective.

Amani said: “Another issue was the issue of the Article 100 Commission that was raised in the meeting; This is because a bill has been submitted to the parliament by the government, and if it is approved, the investigation of construction violations may be left without a trustee. According to the decree submitted by the government to the parliament, the assignment of the cases is such that the last expert price of the property will be considered 5 times that fine and the Article 100 commission will be eliminated.

He said: “This issue may be appropriate to determine the task of the current cases, but in any case, the task of violations will not be clear over time.”

A member of the Tehran City Council stated: Alireza Zakani, the mayor of Tehran, also raised issues in this meeting and addressed the problems of Tehran.

Amani added: “One of the issues that Zakani raised is the issue of worn texture and the credit needed to renovate it.” Tehran has 4,560 hectares of worn-out texture, but according to this year’s budget, only 3 hectares of this worn-out texture has been allocated for renovation.

He added: The amount that is predicted for the renovation of worn-out texture in the whole country, Tehran’s share is only 360 billion tomans, which is enough only for the renovation of 3 hectares of worn-out texture, and with this account, it will take several hundred years to complete the renovation in Tehran.

A member of the Tehran City Council emphasized: This issue needs to be reconsidered 100% in the parliament. Also, in the meeting of the Tehran House of Representatives, Alireza Zakani referred to the issue of public transportation, subways, buses and required trains and the issue of air pollution, traffic and injuries. Social also pay.

This member of the Tehran City Council pointed out: The issue of garbage collection and social harms of addicts are not issues that can be reduced only with the attention of the municipality and the necessary measures can be taken; Because the municipality does not have enough budget and credit, and not only the apparatus is responsible in this regard.
