Will the laws related to the gardens case be amended?

According to the Fars News Agency’s urban correspondent, Mehdi Babaei stated in the courtyard of the city council today about the examination of registration plate files in terms of being or not being a garden: Observing people’s rights is very important in reviewing files. Many of the cases reviewed in recent years by the Article 7 Commission have non-garden votes.
He added: “These license plates were bought and sold and the document was transferred based on non-garden votes, and tens of billions of citizens’ property and capital were spent based on this non-garden vote.”
A member of the Islamic Council of Tehran, stating that these cases will be re-examined in the council and will receive a garden vote, asked the council members not to review the cases that once received a non-garden vote in the council.
Emphasizing the need to reform the laws in this regard, he said: “People’s rights and the observance of the economy and the good of the citizens should be considered in this regard.”
