In the form of this plan, it has not been delivered to the people.
This is while officials and institutions active in this sector make new promises in this field from time to time and are trying to have a new justification for this neglect by lightening the burden of the government’s duties. Of course, it seems that the government has accepted its failure in this field for some time and is trying to be more realistic about this project.
Delivery of National Housing Plan units in the next government
In this regard, Mohammad Reza Mirtajuddini, the head of the strategic faction of the parliament, has pointed out that the process of building four million housing units in the 13th government is difficult and has explained: The construction of four million housing units in the 13th government will definitely not be easy, and two million housing units are expected at the beginning of the 13th government. Two million should be built in the second term of the government and it needs the help of other government agencies and institutions.
However, this promise does not seem to be very valid considering the performance of the 13th government so far, and on the other hand, the next term of the presidency depends on voting in the next elections in 1404!
Last year, the discussion of Chinese entry and oil clearance was raised in front of the construction of national housing units, and this year, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development held a dialogue with mass builders to arouse their enthusiasm to enter the project.
Tajaldini has explained in these cases, as well as oil clearing in front of the construction of units: one of the solutions for housing construction is land clearing, which different companies, housing builders, mass builders and some factories related to housing construction can make an agreement in this clearing. In exchange for the money, residential units should be given to them as wages.
He further emphasized that the land will not be cleared with the builders of the National Housing Movement plan, but they will be given residential units based on the contract in exchange for wages, and in the discussion of oil clearance, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development should make a decision to sell the companies’ oil. Foreigners come to the construction of the National Housing Movement Plan, and of course, the implementation of this plan requires approval from the government and the Consolidation and Budget Commission.
He went on to say: Of course, the construction of one million housing units per year is not only the responsibility of the government, and the private sectors must also come to work to fulfill this promise.
