He said: “Determining the time of cases is the duty of the branch manager and we expect that more work will be done every day with double work, and if some times are canceled, it is necessary to move the scheduled times in the coming months to canceled and closer times.”

Assignment of pending cases to increase the quality of proceedings

Al-Qasi Mehr said: “We can not expect the quality of proceedings in the branches to increase until the status of arrears is settled in the branches, because the volume of cases and clients does not allow us to focus on increasing the quality.”

The importance of paying attention to prisoner cases

Al-Qasi Mehr called on the heads of the judicial complexes to visit the prisoners more frequently and to check the cases of the prisoners in the branches and the time that the branches consider for the cases.

He said: in case of interruption in the proceedings, the heads of the branches and their managers should be asked for an explanation.

Al-Qasi said: “In some cases of prisoners, it is possible to provide the necessary opportunity for the time of trial by reviewing the provision of the possibility of releasing the prisoner or reducing his sentence.”

Spending time to serve the people is the best charity of the officials

Al-Qasi Mehr said: the manager of the collection should be the one who spends time and uses time outside of office hours, because when we ask others to do double work, we must first start with ourselves.

He said: “The best charity in the lives of officials is to serve the people and give them more opportunities to do things.”

More contact with complex dispute resolution councils
