The director general of the Zanjan governorate’s cultural and social affairs office said: “Cultural institutions play an important role in creating a comprehensive discourse.”

Najafi emphasized: “New indicators are being developed to evaluate chastity and hijab, and the way we enter the issue of hijab is limited. In this regard, there are very few good films, good novels, good songs, good motion graphics and good posters.”

He stressed the need to use the capacity of semen and grassroots organizations in promoting hijab and said: Since the issue of chastity and hijab has become a complex issue, many samans (non-governmental organizations) do not have the theoretical ability to face the problem. We must take action to empower the Samnas.

The director general of the Zanjan governorate’s cultural and social affairs office added: “Some executive managers also need empowerment courses on the issue of family, chastity, hijab and population excellence, and we should try to resolve the issue of hijab in the field of discourse in society before direct and circular confrontation.” .

Najafi, stating that the chastity and hijab camp in the province will be headed by the governor, added: “The indicators of this evaluation mainly measure appearances and we do not have enough data for chastity or about hijab in the sense that it can measure modesty.” , Does not measure much.

He reminded: with the discourse and hegemony that is in cyberspace, we are not facing the obligatory hijab but the discovery of the obligatory hijab.
