Emergency personnel are ranked / 10% increase in traffic accidents

According to Fars News Agency’s health group, Jafar Miadfar, head of the country’s emergency organization, said this morning in a press conference held at the country’s emergency organization: “The country’s emergency organization has taken brilliant measures during the outbreak of coronary heart disease.”

He continued: The emergency organization has dedicated 19 martyrs to the country and has done good work in the field of vaccination and more than two million doses of vaccine have been injected by emergency personnel. We have 3,000 bases in the country, of which 1369 have road bases, 50 air bases and two naval bases.

Miadfar said: the emergency department has more than 5,000 vehicles and about 3,000 ambulances are worn out and need to be rebuilt. 21,000 emergency forces are operational forces. There have been about 3,288,000 missions, of which more than 2.5 million have been completed, and our missions have grown by about 15 percent this year compared to last year.

He stated: “Our 2.7 million missions were non-traffic and 1,216 patients were taken to the hospital. There were 12,794 non-traffic accidents and 5,000 special traffic accidents, of which 5,777 were injured due to special accidents.” Medical centers have been transferred.

Miadfar added: “Since the beginning of this year, 2548 missions have been carried out by the air emergency and more than two thousand injured have been transferred by the air emergency.” The air emergency has transported 316 pregnant women to medical centers.

Miadfar stated: According to the plan, 247 heart patients will be transferred to the relevant specialized department faster than before. We set up an emergency operations center and monitor all incidents across the country. He was returning from a mission in the Hormozgan earthquake when he re-examined the scene.

He stressed: “Any incident that is between 3 and 5 feet is called a special incident and medical universities should inform us of such incidents.” The Emergency Crisis Center is connected to the Ministry of Roads and Geophysics. Carbon monoxide poisoning is being monitored by the emergency services, with 1,471 injuries since October 1, and 89 people have unfortunately died. The provinces of Tehran, Khorasan Razavi and Alborz had the most carbon monoxide damage, respectively.

Miadfar said: the ranking of personnel is being done and this is done with the aim of upgrading personnel and targeting trainings in the emergency department. Training centers should be provided in eight parts of the country so that our technicians in these centers can receive the necessary training.

He continued: “Mission forms are being made smart so that missions can be done digitally, and this has been activated as a pilot in some provinces.” Accreditation of emergency centers is underway and this will be done soon.

The head of the country’s emergency organization said: “We are trying to predict a suitable and continuous budget to strengthen the emergency fleet to eliminate the wear and tear of ambulances.” Ambulance buses will be rebuilt and soon 25 ambulance buses will be added to the country’s fleet.

Miadfar added: “One of the development programs of Lance Motor is aimed at reducing the time to reach the bedside of the injured and patients.” Metropolises are deprived provinces in terms of time management and other points, and motor lances must be developed.

He emphasized: “This year, due to restrictions, we did not have many Arbaeen passengers, but for the coming years, we should think about providing good services to passengers at the border point of the country.” Some of the poetry bases are in the form of canopies and this base will soon become a permanent base, and the benefactors have helped the emergency department in this way. We have limitations in terms of the number of bases and we expect more help from the government in developing the bases.

“We had plans to buy about 1,500 ambulances,” he said, noting that there were 759 drowning missions that unfortunately left 550 dead. Let the government and the parliament help us more in the continuation of the air emergency so that there is no disruption in the provision of services to patients.

He said: “Currently, traffic accidents have increased by ten percent and spinal cord amputation and accidents have created many problems for people and the health sector.” It takes about eight minutes to get to bed in small towns and 15 minutes on the road. Currently, 3400 people were hired last year and are in the process of selection and recruitment.

Miad Far stated: one should think about traffic in metropolises. Our 2,500 ambulances are worn out, and the government has given us funding to rebuild equipment that can be rebuilt.

“Medical emergencies are part of municipal services,” he said. We have a problem with physical space, and the municipality has provided us with a number of urban spaces. One of our demands is to discuss the implementation of the productivity law, and the lack of manpower has prevented this workforce from being done for emergencies.

Miadfar emphasized: according to the rules of the law of shifts, it is 12 hours and according to this plan, overtime should not be done more than 80 hours, while our personnel have more than 177 hours of overtime due to work missions. Emergency equipment tried to be updated. There is a shortage of bases and the number of these bases should increase.
