In November last year, the law “On Family Protection and Youth” was announced; In order to fulfill its legal responsibilities, the judiciary follows up on the implementation of this law by the responsible bodies; Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, the head of the Judiciary, issued instructions in this regard to the head of the Inspectorate General and the Deputy for Prevention of the Judiciary, and in this regard, he met with the drafters of the Law on Family and Youth Protection and family and population activists in Held on 18 May this year.

In line with the issues raised in the joint meeting between judicial officials and the drafters of the law “Protection of the family and youth of the population” in the parliament, in just two weeks, measures were taken to remove obstacles to the full implementation of this law; Among other things, a special notification was issued for the establishment of special branches of the Court of Appeals in all provinces of the country in accordance with the note of Article 56 of the said law (regulating the conditions for the permissibility of abortion); The head of the National Inspection Agency was also instructed to supervise the implementation of the provisions of this law by various agencies and the development of by-laws.

But in less than a month, the second meeting to follow up on the implementation of the law “Supporting the Family and Youth of the Population” was held under the chairmanship of Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei with the presence of “Seyyed Kazem Foroutan” Secretary of the National Population Headquarters and members of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei emphasized the importance of “population” as one of the components of national power and authority during the meeting and said: The message used the term “horrible future of population aging.”

Referring to the approval of the Law on “Protection of Family and Youth” and the importance of accurate and comprehensive implementation of this law by the responsible agencies, the Head of the Judiciary said: All agencies and organizations should implement the law “Protection of Family and Youth” The population is ready to help, and the judiciary is ready to provide any kind of assistance and assistance in implementing this important task.

The head of the judiciary, referring to the sense of duty that has been created between the various agencies for the comprehensive implementation of the law “Protection of the family and youth of the population”, clarified: If we do not hurry, the opportunity will be lost and compensation will not be possible.

The Judge emphasized: “Today, we are faced with a provincial matter, a law and a comprehensive expert opinion in the discussion of population and reproduction; Therefore, we must all take our legal duties in this field seriously and use all our efforts to implement the law on “protection of the family and the youth of the population.”

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejeii, recalling the tasks assigned to the Inspection Organization and the Judiciary Prevention Deputy in order to follow up on the implementation of the law “Supporting the Family and Youth of the Population”, re-instructed the officials and the deputy with all their might and seriousness. Froutan further stressed the need to reduce the cost of family counseling and also to equip infertility centers in the country more and more, and said: The National Population Headquarters is not familiar with any device in the implementation of the Family Protection and Youth Law.

The strategic deputy of the judiciary, while emphasizing the importance of pre-marriage and pre-divorce counseling, also called for re-engineering in this field.
