Emphasizing that our global achievements in social justice and equality are fragile and unsustainable, the Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare said: “Today we know that not only is it difficult to build a better future than before, but also a better reconstruction of the past is in jeopardy.”
The Chairman of the Supreme Labor Council stated: “The first priority is to reconstruct the historical agenda of the Organization for Social Justice through the publication of the annual and global report on inequalities in the world of work as a basis for joint efforts of international institutions.”

The Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare said that the final stages of the legal process of ratifying the accession of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Convention 155 and the 1986 amendments to the Statute of the International Labor Organization are underway and will be announced in the coming months.
He added: “According to the report of the Director General, the situation of workers and employers in the occupied territories is worrying and needs serious attention, and while thanking the actions of the International Labor Organization, I call for more serious measures to ensure access to decent living and work in these areas.”
