This judicial official stated: The judiciary of Yazd city has taken the maximum advantage of the capacity of electronic proceedings while fully complying with the procedures of the national headquarters of Corona, and has started to hold hearings online through video communication.

He added: hearings regarding the legal and criminal lawsuits of Do and El-Ghebanal were held without the physical presence of the prison clients, and this, in addition to creating satisfaction among the litigants, has accelerated the proceedings and reduced the delay of proceedings.

This judicial official informed about the readiness of the Yazd judiciary to hold hearings in other cases of the litigants, and said: According to the existing infrastructure, there is this preparation to the court of the litigants who have electronic signatures, virtually and without The presence of the litigants should be held.
