According to the Judiciary Public Relations Department, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, the head of the judiciary, met face to face with a number of prisoners’ families as well as those who referred to the province’s judiciary during his visit to Hormozgan province.

During these meetings, the Chief Justice, while listening to the problems and concerns of the clients, issued the necessary and appropriate instructions to the Chief Justice of Hormozgan to expedite the investigation and resolution of the existing problems.

The Chief Justice also ordered legal remedies against some detainees whose families were present.

Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ejei, in one of these meetings, when confronted with a person whose family demanded legal remedies for him, made remarks about the conditions for applying legal remedies to convicts and said: The drug, in large quantities of several tens and hundreds of kilograms, has been convicted and sent to prison, and even if he has committed a crime again during the short leave given to him, it should not include amnesty or legal amnesty.

The head of the judiciary stressed that the release and release of some convicts, such as criminals and drug addicts with a long history, will cause people and families to be caught: a person who commits a crime every time he goes back and forth to prison and somehow repeats His crime was committed and disturbed the people, in no way should it include amnesty or legal pardons or even leave.
