According to the public relations of the country’s forensic medicine organization, Hojjatoleslam Ahmad Mortazavi Moghaddam said in the meeting of the board of directors of this organization: forensic medicine deals with people’s souls and is one of the hard jobs that causes erosion, so service in this field needs success. And has sincerity.
He added: “The opinion of forensic medicine is considered by judges as an expert, and if there is not enough care to announce the opinion at this stage, the final verdict will not be correct.”
In another part of his speech, the head of the Supreme Court referred to the characteristics of managers in the Islamic system and stated: having religious piety is one of the first characteristics. Religious piety means that one avoids sin, transgression and oppression to gain divine pleasure. In his letter to Malik, the Commander of the Faithful (pbuh), while emphasizing the observance of divine piety, calls for self-sacrifice and the utilization of the utmost power in performing his duties and following the divine commands.
Hojjatoleslam Mortazavi Moghaddam said: Another characteristic is the right orbit. Giving the right to the poor, regardless of the position of the people and whether he is close or foreign, Of course, you will have problems in this way, so in order to succeed in this path, he advises patience, calculation and foresight. Accountability is another characteristic of managers in the Islamic system. Every official has a duty to do his best to achieve what he owes.
He further pointed out the characteristics of responsible managers and noted: honoring the people and the client, responding correctly and guiding the people and speeding up the affairs of the people are among the characteristics of responsible managers and officials in the Islamic system.
Hojjatoleslam Mortazavi Moghaddam, emphasizing on preventing spending for the people, mentioned it as another characteristic of responsible managers and added: providing services to the people and responding to their requests should be in a way that prevents spending for them because Prolonging the processing of cases in some cases entails huge costs for the people, so do not impose additional costs on the people due to the unfavorable economic conditions.
He facilitated the work of the people and not being hard on them as much as the regulations allow, and also considered paying attention to and valuing the people’s time as other characteristics of responsible managers and specified: “Unfortunately, in some departments, people’s time is not valued.” And people stay in the corridors for hours, while in the Islamic system, we have to pay attention to people’s time and respond to the client in the shortest possible time and without wasting time.
The President of the Supreme Court also pointed out the results of observing these matters: a responsible person strengthens the system and is a person of understanding and synergy, so a responsible manager is willing to understand and forgive in order to better advance affairs and take positive action for the country.
He mentioned the prevention of extravagance and waste, avoiding the unauthorized use of the facilities of the treasury, preventing extravagance and inappropriate demands, etc. as other characteristics of responsible managers and called for attention to these characteristics in management areas to provide Better service and optimal use of available facilities.
